★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not stay in the hotel but ate at one of their lakeside restaurants. We were given undercooked, cold pizzas with chicken on and when we reordered, the food was warm yet the dough was undercooked and doughy. Rude staff, who refused to acknowledge there was a problem, awful customer service. Manage of hotel tried to make us pay for the food that we could not eat and were extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely charming hotel by a pocket-sized Alpine lake, with a cheerful and friendly staff. Elegant and comfortable. If the breakfast had been better it would have got five stars. Otherwise, an extremely happy stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality restaurant. Expensive fried fish, bad quality overall... That's a pity. Do not eat here. Sleep eventually, but don't eat.
Even the salmon, not fried, 18€, is disgusting. Served with tiny vegetables like coming from a tin can. What are they doing to make simple ingredients tastes bad?
4€ the soda... You name it. No reasons to come.

- ok, not salmon but brook, I just tasted the dish of the person with me and was not totally 100% aware it was brook, unfortunately, it doesn't change the taste to have its name
- you can check my reviews too, I usually give pretty good review as I'm often happy of my experiences, but when I'm not, I think it's important to say so
- If I want to take an ice tea before my dish to get refreshment after a long walk, it's up to me. I'm glad you are using this strange argument for your defense, it's a good signal
