Tout d'abord, le personnel : les hôtesses d'accueil très souriantes, les serveurs du restaurant très serviables, le personnel de nettoyage très gentil et le patron Gianni très accueillant. L'hôtel est très joli, décoré avec goût, très propre, notre chambre était très confortable, bonne literie et une grande terrasse. La nourriture était très bonne et copieuse. La piscine et le solarium joliment aménagés. La situation de l'hôtel était vraiment idéale, à deux pas de la pinède et de la plage. Le bagno attitré de l'hôtel sur la plage était au top, confort, jeux, service de plage, bar, toujours propre et ambiance sympa ! Nous remercions tout le personnel de l'hôtel Donatella. C'est grâce à leur accueil et compétence que nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables ! Nous avons très envie de revenir séjourner chez vous ! ? We stayed at the Hotel Donatella from July 4-18, full board in a family room with our two children. It was a wonderful stay! First of all, the staff: the very smiling reception hostesses, the very helpful restaurant waiters, the very nice cleaning staff and the very welcoming boss Gianni. The hotel is very pretty, tastefully decorated, very clean, our room was very comfortable, good bedding and a large terrace. The food was very good and plentiful. The nicely furnished swimming pool and solarium. The location of the hotel was really ideal, a stone's throw from the pine forest and the beach. The hotel's appointed bagno on the beach was top notch, comfort, games, beach service, bar, always clean and a nice atmosphere! We thank all the staff of the Donatella hotel. It is thanks to their hospitality and competence that we had an unforgettable holiday! We really want to come back to stay with you! ?
E	Enrico81 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia dal 04/07 al 13/07 siamo stati benissimo , l’hotel è molto bello e pulito , la piscina è curata il loro punto di forza a mio avviso è la cucina , abbiamo mangiato in maniera eccellente , titolare disponibile personale cordiale in particolare la nostra cameriera Lari che ci ha coccolato per tutto il soggiorno . Il Sig. Gianni ci ha anche concesso un check out posticipato per poter usufruire interamente delle nostre ferie , peccato per la mancanza dell'animazione ma il dpcm non lo permette. Ottimo il servizio spiaggia Jolly 79 dove anche lì la pulizia e la cura dei particolari è ineccepibile. Ricapitolando a mio avviso il rapporto qualità prezzo di questa strutture è eccellente spero di poter soggiornarci nuovamente. I stayed in this hotel with my family from 04/07 to 13/07 we had a great time, the hotel is very nice and clean, the pool is well-kept their strong point in my opinion is the kitchen, we ate well excellent, helpful owner friendly staff in particular our waitress Lari who pampered us throughout our stay. Mr. Gianni also granted us a late check out to be able to take full advantage of our holidays, too bad for the lack of entertainment but the dpcm does not allow it. The Jolly 79 beach service is excellent, where even there the cleanliness and attention to detail is impeccable. To recap in my opinion the value for money of this structure is excellent I hope to be able to stay there again.

L' accoglienza e la cordialità di Gianni ed il suo staff ci fanno sempre sentire coccolati. Ottimi i pranzi e le cene sempre in grado di soddisfare i nostri gusti e sicuramente anche quelli degli altri. La pulizia sempre impeccabile. Sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto stare bene anche questa volta. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo. We have been staying at the Hotel Donatella for several years, we feel like we are part of the family now. The welcome and friendliness of Gianni and his staff always make us feel pampered. Excellent lunches and dinners always able to satisfy our tastes and certainly also those of others. Always impeccable cleaning. Always ready to fulfill our every request. Thank you very much for making us feel good this time too. See you next year.
R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena trascorso una settimana all'Hotel Donatella e devo dire che sono all'altezza del voto che hanno. Da Gianni Casadei a tutti collaboratori c'è un attenzione all'ospite che mi è piaciuta molto. Sempre attenti e gentili in un clima sereno che ti coccola. Tutto l'hotel è mantenuto con cura, camere moderne e cucina veramente buona. Le porzioni sono giuste e soprattutto di gusto. Ci si alza dal tavolo soddisfatti e sazi, ma mai pesanti e questo lo reputo un pregio. La piscina è fatta molto bene come il contesto che la circonda. I miei figli hanno passato più ore li che in spiaggia. Se posso consigliare una migliora, al prossimo giro di boa con le tv, passerei ai 32 pollici. Quest'anno non c'è stata animazione, ma questo per noi è stato positivo e per nulla sacrificante. L'offerta proposta veramente competitiva, rispetto ai preventivi di altri hotel di Pinarella. Complimenti ancora e non cambiate. I have just spent a week at Hotel Donatella and I must say that they live up to the mark they have. From Gianni Casadei to all collaborators there is an attention to the guest that I really liked. Always attentive and kind in a peaceful atmosphere that pampers you. The whole hotel is carefully maintained, modern rooms and really good cuisine. The portions are right and above all tasteful. You get up from the table satisfied and full, but never heavy and I consider this a virtue. The swimming pool is very well done like the context that surrounds it. My kids spent more hours there than on the beach. If I can recommend an improvement, at the next halfway point with the TV, I would go to 32 inches. This year there was no animation, but for us this was positive and not sacrificing at all. The offer proposed is truly competitive, compared to the estimates of other hotels in Pinarella. Congratulations again and don't change.
