J	Jef D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel, nice service and clean rooms. There is a great spa and the hotel is close to the piste. Skis can be stored in a dedicated room downstairs.
B	Bo Vejgaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waiter was drunk most nights and managed to get half a bottle of our wine to disappear. The room was good. The "spa" was unmanaged leading to kids running in and out of steam room and sauna, so they never reached proper temp.

There is a small swimming pool and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis as well as steam room and sauna. Some rooms have balconies. A range of suites is available. Good for skiing, close to the slopes or easy access using the free shuttle bus. On the edge of the town which is a short walk away.
R	Robert Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great 4 star plus hotel. We booked our ski holiday through Crystal Ski. Our rooms were clean, modern and warm. In fact one of the rooms was too hot. Breakfast is great. Dinner was OK. Loved the modern spa area. Steam room was excellent but sauna, pool and jacuzzi were far too cold. Hotel is at the end of the resort but around 5 mins walk from one of the lifts which can be used to then ski down to the main part of the resort.

There was no toothpaste either in the room and for the towels you have to pay extra money (2€/towel). ?there was no pricelist in the restorant. (- You will pay at the check out, how much as they want, because you have already eaten)
b	becky b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a week over new year (2021/2) and really enjoyed it. Clean, big rooms, lots of hot water and plenty to eat! The team Made a huge effort to make new year special with a gala dinner and every night there was a roaring fire in the bar and often live music. We Usually go to the 3 Valleys France and this was our first time skiing in Italy and recommend heading over to Ponte Di Legno to expand your skiing options. Overall a really good experience.
