Deceptive advertisement from Alexandria (as of August 26, 2019) - on the website of the travel agency photos of the restaurant, which does not fall under the hotel, rooms were photographed that were not offered to Czech clients Accommodations - Does not correspond to the branch "Newly renovated rooms", as stated at the travel agency - Sparticade loungers with interleaved spring mattresses - Mold in the bathroom - the smell of tap water, which I would compare to excrement Food Drink - Poor choice, food always cold - Food inedible, comparable to a bad company dining room in the Czech Republic - Pasta with pomodoro was repeated every day in variations of penne, spaghetti and occasionally added seafood - small shrimp, where the fifth was spoiled, smelled strongly - Yesterday's croissants appeared at breakfast, they were withdrawn after the staff warned. - Always sliced ​​cucumber / tomato vegetables, moldy pieces also appeared - Unpleasant smell from the dining room towards the reception - All-inclusive drinks with post-mix vending machines with cheap sweetened drinks. - A single cup for everything - Coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Swimming pool - Chemicals are added every evening, the pool is extremely chlorinated, one stinks for meters when climbing out of the water - The water in the morning was a green slurry, not a swimming pool with typically chlorine water - Mandatory bathing cap, which must be purchased for 2 € - Swimming only in the morning and then only until 15:00 until 18:00 In short, a very lousy holiday, offered at Alexandria as an All Inclusive light, with a cellar bar that resembles a falconry, one single plastic cup for all drinks. The pool was uninhabitable, the food disgusting, always cold, sometimes the seafood seemed spoiled. Among other things, the staff at the hotel was not at all pleasant, English was only communicated by the staff.

Unfortunately we cannot give 0 stars. To say obscene is little !!!!!! We decided to have lunch today which is Easter day for 20 euros per person and obviously I don't expect to eat fish or caviar, but a more scandalous lunch than this I wouldn't even give it to mice. Appetizer two slices of supermarket salami with a slice of cheese that you could not even understand if it was Swiss or other with hard bread for at least 2 days ...... As before, a portion of cold lasagna with PANNA, homemade in bag with raw tomato ..... for a second leg of pork that deserves, perhaps, the only star I gave, with frozen potatoes. And finally cake with vomit cream !!! I have to break a lance in favor of the service because the waiters were very kind and they also gave us reason for the bad food. Water in tap jugs. AT THE END THE MAITRE OF SALA HAS OFFERED US A FINE OF COFFEE AND THIS SHOWS THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE HORRORS TO TASTE THAT THEY BRING. So do you !!!!!!!! Shame!!!!!!!

We stayed for a week beautiful place near the sea, cleaning rooms and kitchen nothing to say everything perfect. The maitre very professional, kind and helpful, as well as the cleaning staff. The organization of the structure and the animation very disappointing despite the payment of the club card. Practically non-existent animation makes you just sing and put music, they never involve you.

A Brolo, province of Messina. My room really nice sea view, although the curtains were missing, and the air conditioning worked in fits and starts. Friendly and helpful, the animation short and simple, at times, non-existent spaces to organize both in and out were really spacious, they could organize any, but nothing !!! A deadly bore. The pool too high all 2.40 I can not swim so nothing !!! So much so that the aquagym was done at the beach, but with the bowls was badly, then the animation guys were the last fifteen minutes, and music (a crate and a PC) even felt ... I give up. The restaurant is not to my liking, but the Head Nurse cute and friendly celiac being cooked me aside, and also the rest of the guys that were used to very good and efficient table. The broken elevator concluded my stay in Brolo.
