G	Gaby Laufenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastisch hotel met eigen zwembad en strand. Hygiënische en grote kamers. Comfortabel bed en hele grote kleerkast. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn vanwege de vele trappen. Lift naar strand tot halverwege de heuvel. 99% Italiaanse gasten met honden. Fantastic hotel with its own pool and beach. Hygienic and large rooms. Comfortable bed and very large wardrobe. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many stairs. Lift to beach half way up the hill. 99% Italian guests with dogs.

Hotel bellissimo in posizione strategica panorama mozzafiato ma non basta ? bisogno che fate un bel restauro interno nelle camere cambiate i materassi l’asse del water gialla si vede che è strausata formiche nel bagno , formiche anche nell tavolo colazioni , colazione poverissima di tutto bevande frigo bar con una brioche abbandonata da un altro cliente tutto questo non controllato ?poltrone rovinate arredamento usurato , perdonale fa quello che pó non sempre sono informati e soprattutto si vede che sono presi per piccole mansioni non sono preparati ha ricevere clienti esigenti visto che si parla di un hotel 4 stelle !!! Di cui 2 sono cadute scusate la mia ironia ma non è concepibile tutto questo !!! Costo € 164,0 per una notte troppo alto per quello che non ho ricevuto!!!! ? I am very sorry to find still neglected and badly maintained structures in 2021 !! Beautiful hotel in a strategic position breathtaking view but not enough ? you need to do a nice internal restoration in the rooms change the mattresses the yellow toilet seat you can see that ants are used in the bathroom, ants also in the breakfast table, breakfast very poor of everything drinks fridge bar with a brioche abandoned by another customer all this not controlled a 4 star hotel !!! Of which 2 have fallen sorry for my irony but all this is not conceivable !!! Cost € 164.0 for one night too high for what I did not receive !!!! ?
G	Giancarlo Riotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente abituale, era una decina di anni che mancavo. Prenotato una "Junior suite" per 2 + bimba di 6 anni solo pernottamento e 1.a colazione. Arrivato nel primo pomeriggio, mi sono ritrovato in una stanza che già conoscevo ma che era rimasta all'epoca anni '90 specie la biancheria del letto vecchia e apparentemente (il copriletto) non pulita. Wifi inesistente come pure segnale cellulare. Manutenzione dell'hotel esternamente molto trascurata, aiuole che ricordavo verdeggianti, secche e non curate, ascensore che porta sulla spiaggia chiuso per manutenzione che sarebbe durata a tempo indefinito. Per la verità mi hanno offerto un passaggio verso la spiaggia mediante macchinina da golf elettrica che mi hanno invitato a chiamare quando dovevo risalire. Ho deciso dopo 2 ore di permanenza di cambiare hotel e segnalata la cosa alla reception mi hanno preparato un conto di ben Euro 250,00 per il "disturbo"..... Ho pagato senza fiatare (ero rimasto senza fiato) le 2 ore di occupazione della stanza, senza aver usufruito di alcun servizio nè aver consumato alcunchè. Da dimenticare. Regular customer, I had been missing for ten years. Booked a "Junior suite" for 2 + 6 year old girl only for bed and breakfast. Arriving in the early afternoon, I found myself in a room that I already knew but that had remained at the time of the 90s especially the old and apparently unclean bed linen (the bedspread). Wifi does not exist as well as cellular signal. Maintenance of the hotel externally very neglected, flower beds that I remembered were green, dry and not cared for, lift that leads to the beach closed for maintenance that would last indefinitely. Actually, they offered me a ride to the beach on an electric golf car that they invited me to call when I needed to go up. I decided after 2 hours of stay to change hotel and reported it to the reception they prepared me a bill of well Euro 250,00 for the "disturbance" ..... I paid without saying a word (I was breathless) the 2 hours occupation of the room, without having used any service or consumed anything. To forget.
B	Baby B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È situato nella zona della vallugola a picco sul mare. Pace e tranquillità. L'hotel è un po' datato ma offre grandi spazi interni ed esterni. Piscina grande per tutti gli ospiti. Personale molto cortese. Ottimo cibo. Qualche problema col wifi. Stefania capo animazione ci ha fatto passare una settimana spensierata e divertente! It is located in the Vallugola area overlooking the sea. Peace and quiet. The hotel is a little dated but offers large indoor and outdoor spaces. Large swimming pool for all guests. Very courteous staff. Great food. Some problems with the wifi. Stefania head of animation made us spend a carefree and fun week!

L	Leah Kuria Online YouTube Lk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capo Est Hotel is in a serene location, it's sorrounded by both nature so lots of fresh air and the clear blue sea. The view is magical from the Hotel especially if you have the rooms overlooking the sea . The Food is super delicious and the have amazing and helpful staff. Dinner was served precisely so you don't have to wait too long in between meals. Breakfast is self service ✅ The hotel has excellent regard for kids this have organised lots of activities for kids and this for me is game changer also kids get an afternoon snack with the amazing Stefania(animator) Also in the evenings after dinner our son was looking forward for the baby dance it's was great seeing kids having fun. The rooms are clean and nice ,sometimes they did it in a hurry but that ok. Pool area is large and clean and have put up a private area with umbrellas where you can walk down the public beach and come slouch dry up or sun bath which I find helpful. There is a private lift to down or you could use the stairs . At the reception there was very helpful gentle men to offer help and direction. Bar prices are affordable and the lady was soo kind . We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Capo Est ,it's a sure Bet were coming back sometime ✅ Am happy ?
