Ambiente familiare, pulizia impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile! Complimenti a Lucio e a tutto lo staff! We stayed at the canosium hotel in August and returned in recent days for a friend's wedding in Canosa. Family atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, kind and helpful staff! Congratulations to Lucio and all the staff!

Non era organizzata per le regole Covid, o meglio per non incorrere in problemi hanno pensato di non offrire alcuna scelta di colazione per i clienti. O caffè o cappuccino o te. Un cornetto vuoto da mangiare e su richiesta è arrivata una mini marmellata. Scelta discutibile. La colazione è fondamentale un un albergo. Clean and comfortable hotel but ... The breakfast was poor to say the least. It was not organized according to Covid rules, or rather in order not to run into problems they decided not to offer any choice of breakfast for customers. Either coffee or cappuccino or you. An empty croissant to eat and a mini jam arrived on request. Questionable choice. Breakfast is essential in a hotel.

Il personale, subito dimostratosi molto cordiale, mi ha messo a disposizione una stanza doppia senza alcun preavviso e mi ha permesso di poter parcheggiare all'interno della struttura, che non risulta vecchia, ma neanche troppo aggiornata. Comunque è dotata di ogni confort; manca solo la cassaforte per i più esigenti. Il bagno, un tantino vetusto, risultava comunque molto pulito, come tutta la stanza. Il prezzo leggermente superiore rispetto alla media di un b&b. Non posso giudicare la colazione, perché non l'ho fatta nella struttura, ma mi hanno offerto carinamente le bevande consumate. I stayed in this hotel, not very close to the center, but in a very quiet area. The staff, who immediately proved to be very friendly, gave me a double room without any prior notice and allowed me to park inside the structure, which is not old, but not too updated. However it is equipped with every comfort; only the safe is missing for the most demanding. The bathroom, a little old, was still very clean, as was the whole room. The price slightly higher than the average of a b & b. I can not judge the breakfast, because I did not have it in the structure, but they offered me nicely the drinks consumed.

Cozy place, helpful, kind staff, the only flaw are the very uncomfortable beds, a bit dated spring mattresses that sink, and squeaky spring nets, unfortunately I didn't sleep well at all.
