Camera modesta ma tranquilla e silenziosa ben arredata. Servizio cordiale. Abbiamo chiesto educatamente quante persone possono entrare alla spa in questo periodo covid essendo uno spazio piccolo. Il signore è impazzito dicendo che non sono affari nostri. Sottolineo che l'informazione che abbiamo chiesto era assolutamente generica e che se ci avesse detto in maniera normale che non potevamo saperlo ne avremmo preso atto senza problemi. Poi ha CANCELLATO la prenotazione dicendoci che non potevamo più andare. Ha aggiunto che avevano già loro dei problemi con gli accessi (e quando pensava di avvertire???) e ci ha buttato giú il telefono in faccia. Non scrivo mai recensioni negative ma questa è stata proprio incredibile FREE BAD TREATMENT: Really rude gentleman on the phone. We politely asked how many people can enter the spa during this time covid it being a small space. The gentleman has gone mad saying it's none of our business. I emphasize that the information we asked for was absolutely generic and that if he had told us in a normal way that we could not know we would have taken note of it without problems. Then he CANCELED the booking telling us we couldn't go anymore. He added that they already had problems logging in (and when did he think he'd warn ???) and threw the phone in our faces. I never write bad reviews but this one was just amazing

Ogni volta che posso torno!!! Consigliatissimo Today only a restaurant, but as always it does not disappoint: refined dishes but at the same time linked to local cuisine, impeccable and courteous service. Whenever I can I go back !!! Highly recommended
A	Alessio Mancin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel pulito e ben curato,un po'datato,ma accogliente e familiare.I gestori sono cordiali e essendo a gestione familiare ti mettono a tuo agio,la cucina e il servizio ai tavoli impeccabili,servono tutti piatti fatti in casa (pasta , condimenti ,etc) e prodotti dei dintorni, consiglio tortellini in brodo e tagliatele al ragù e funghi trifolati. Hanno anche la SPA senza dover uscire dall'hotel , molto comoda e la ragazza che la gestisce è veramente brava e estremamente gentile.E'stato un soggiorno purtroppo breve ma molto rilassante e rigenerante. Grazie. Clean and well-kept hotel, a little dated, but welcoming and familiar.The managers are friendly and being family-run they put you at ease, the kitchen and the table service impeccable, they all serve homemade dishes (pasta, condiments , etc) and local products, I recommend tortellini in broth and cut them with meat sauce and sautéed mushrooms. They also have the SPA without having to leave the hotel, very comfortable and the girl who runs it is really good and extremely kind.It was unfortunately a short but very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Thanks.
G	Ginevra Fisogni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato per usare la SPA con amiche, ho ritelefonato per chiedere quante persone potessero entrare alla SPA per volta per sentirci più sicure, dato l'ambiente chiuso e il numero di casi covid in crescita. Il signore che ha risposto al telefono, appena fatta la domanda, mi ha trattata in modo molto sgradevole, sostenendo che non poteva darmi alcuna informazione, dicendomi che non potevo piu venire e buttandomi giù il telefono in faccia. Non sono mai stata trattata così male, per di più senza motivo. Consiglio a chiunque voglia utilizzare servizi offerti di pensarci due volte, vista la professionalità con cui viene trattata l'emergenza sanitaria. After booking to use the SPA with friends, I called back to ask how many people could enter the SPA at a time to feel safer, given the closed environment and the growing number of covid cases. The gentleman who answered the phone, as soon as he asked the question, treated me very unpleasantly, claiming that he could not give me any information, telling me that I could no longer come and throwing the phone down in my face. I have never been treated so badly, moreover for no reason. I advise anyone who wants to use the services offered to think twice, given the professionalism with which the health emergency is treated.
