P	Paolo G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUMORE E POCA ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE Soggiorno di sabato sera. Di fianco all'hotel c'è un ristorante (stesso nome dell'hotel, gestione differente). Musica dal vivo e deejay. Riporto la conversazione in reception. Ore: mezzanotte. chiedo fino a che ora andrà avanti il rumore del ristorante. "Non smette prima dell' 1". "Posso cambiare stanza? Vorrei dormire". "Non è possibile" "Pago un supplemento". "L'hotel è pieno". "Io vorrei dormire ed è impossibile" "non possiamo fare niente". Il fastidio non è tanto dovuto al ristorante quanto alla scortesia dei due addetti alla reception che non hanno accolto nessuna richiesta ne' compreso che il cliente che paga in un 4 stelle ha diritto di dormire quando desidera e di avere un servizio adeguato alle stelle dell'hotel. Per favore mettete finestre con vetri tripli. Camera ampia e spaziosa. Colazione adguata ma non da 4 stelle. NOISE AND LITTLE CUSTOMER ATTENTION Stay on a Saturday night. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant (same name as the hotel, different management). Live music and deejay. I'm reporting the conversation back to reception. Hours: midnight. I ask until what time the noise from the restaurant will go on. "It doesn't stop before 1". "Can I change my room? I'd like to sleep." "It is not possible" "I pay a supplement". "The hotel is full". "I would like to sleep and it is impossible" "we can not do anything". The annoyance is not so much due to the restaurant as to the rudeness of the two receptionists who have not accepted any request nor understood that the customer who pays in a 4-star hotel has the right to sleep when he wishes and to have an adequate service to the stars of the hotel. Please put triple glazed windows. Large and spacious room. Breakfast adequate but not 4 stars.
F	Fuz Fuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Hotel situato in zona strategica per raggiungere Castel del Monte che dista poco più di 10'. Camera pulita e spaziosa con anticamera per i vestiti e i bagagli. Bagno spazioso e con doccia ampia. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e ordinati. Letti comodissimi. Sono stati molto premurosi e mi hanno fatto trovare a richiesta la colazione senza glutine. Parcheggio comodo sotto al cortile dell'albergo. Sinceramente lo valuterei un tre stelle, non di più We stayed one night. Hotel located in a strategic area to reach Castel del Monte which is just over 10 'away. Clean and spacious room with anteroom for clothes and luggage. Spacious bathroom with large shower. Clean and tidy sheets and towels. Very comfortable beds. They were very attentive and made me find gluten-free breakfast on request. Convenient parking under the hotel courtyard. I would honestly rate it a three star, no more

We kwamen laat aan in dit hotel doordat we pech hadden met onze camper. Ze hielp ons met het bestellen van pizza's en met de communicatie met de garagehouder. Superlief vonden wij. De kamer was erg ruim. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet bijzonder daarom 4 sterren. De vrouw die het ontbijt serveerde was derentegen ook erg gastvrij en super vriendelijk. We had a nice stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We arrived late at this hotel due to our motorhome breakdown. She helped us order pizzas and communicate with the garage owner. We thought it was super sweet. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good but nothing special that's why 4 stars. The woman serving breakfast was also very welcoming and super friendly.

They tried to charge me for second time, and of course I couldn't communicate with noone to explain them that booking.com already charged me for the room. They charged me 15€ for the dog, which is my mistake cause I didn't notice that they don't accept pets, but they gave us a smaller room in the price of luxury studio. And of course AGAIN I couldn't speak with no one in English. Poor breakfast with only sweet stuff in the size of potato chips. Keep far away from this horse house. If u are not Italian.
