★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo speso per una notte 102 euro in bassa stagione, per una camera matrimoniale. Doccia non utilizzabile, bagno cieco senza presa d'aria. Il caffè, che avrei voluto pagare mi è stato offerto. Non credo possa essere costato dieci euro, tariffa della colazione. No qualità/prezzo.
 We spent 102 euros for one night in low season, for a double room. Shower not usable, blind bathroom without air intake. Coffee, which I wanted to pay for, was offered to me. I don't think it could have cost ten euros, breakfast fare. No quality / price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiornato una notte per 102€ in una struttura molto datata. Accolti dal personale senza mascherina e senza richiesta di green pass, la mancanza di mascherina si è protratta per il ns soggiorno.... Ciliegina sulla torta la colazione: scesi alle 9:00 abbiamo trovato il tavolo già imbandito,anche con i croissants , occupato da un avventore che tranquillamente era seduto sul posto a noi assegnato. Non commento: inqualificabile!!!
Stayed one night for 102 € in a very dated property. Welcomed by the staff without a mask and without a request for a green pass, the lack of a mask lasted for our stay .... The icing on the cake was breakfast: we got off at 9:00 and we found the table already set, even with croissants, occupied by a customer who was quietly sitting in the place assigned to us. No comment: unspeakable !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura , ottima , mangiare più che abbondante e molto buono . Servizio buonissimo, Pulizia accurata e ottima attenzione delle norme anti covid : mascherine e green pass. Per gli ospiti dell'albergo la normativa vigente non richiede la visione del green pass.
Structure, excellent, eat more than abundant and very good. Very good service, thorough cleaning and excellent attention to anti-covid rules: masks and green pass. For hotel guests the current legislation does not require the vision of the green pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the friendly service couldn't save the place.the room was very small not talking about the tiniest bathroom ever seen in a hotel. the food was ok, but don't expect to much.the price was a bit too high for the location.worst case: the water was not hot, taking a fresh shower... brrr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never eat in a restaurant. The main part of the dishes is simply not prepared, but used from the store. Goulash - canned stew, pallenta - ready-made cereal from packaging from the store. Horror for a lot of money. Italy, how can this be?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy small bathroom: washbasin, shower and water closet in less than 3 square meters!!! Besides that, the rooms are small with old carpet and furniture.
Very expensive in relation to the level of the service offered. Sauna is an extra 20 euro. Ski room is anything but convenient. Breakfast is poor without a single choice of any fruits. Dinner was just OK. They surely maximize their profit. Anyway the service in the restorant was professional and very nice and conveniently places close to the lifts and the ice palace.
