Personale un po' troppo freddo per i miei gusti. Really well stocked and well managed clothing store. The latest news is always available and offers a wide choice of particular and quality brands. Staff a little too cold for my taste.

Ho fatto presente che nella maggior parte dei negozi ( e sopratutto all'estero) viene restituito l'importo anche per intero ma mi hanno maleducatamente risposto che mi avevano già fatto un piacere a farmi il buono ( di 5 euro sottolineo). Come perdere un cliente..... Really rude staff. I changed a t-shirt and they didn't want to give me back the beauty of a 5 euro difference but they gave me a voucher with an expiry date. I pointed out that in most shops (and especially abroad) the amount is also returned in full but they rudely replied that they had already done me a pleasure in getting me the voucher (of 5 euros I emphasize). How to lose a customer .....

Entro nella parte "da uomo" e mi sento dire che ero nella parte sbagliata (quando era esattamente la parte in cui volevo acquistare) e quando ho trovato una felpa che mi interessava volevo provarla ma a quanto pare ero come invisibile, e c'erano 2 commesse che erano concentrate solamente da un ragazzo tutto vestito con marche "importanti" e quando provavo a chiedere informazioni nessuno mi calcolava. Oltre a questo, il negozio è veramente bello e tutto sta al proprio posto. last year I bought 2 sweatshirts and I had a great time, they were very kind. I went back a few days ago and had a very bad experience! I enter the "man" part and I am told that I was in the wrong part (when it was exactly the part I wanted to buy) and when I found a sweatshirt I was interested in I wanted to try it on but apparently I was like invisible, and there were 2 orders that were concentrated only by a guy all dressed in "important" brands and when I tried to ask for information, nobody calculated me. Other than that, the shop is really beautiful and everything fits in its place.
