★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale ha cambiato gestione da sei mesi e Marco, il nuovo patron, ha capito perfettamente come coccolare i propri ospiti con i modi e le pietanze giuste. Esordio con antipasto ottimo e abbondante a base di fritti e verdure locali, compresa farinata da leggenda e la salvia scottata che se non avete mai provato vi farà capire cosa significa gustare una foglia carnosa. Tra i primi ho scelto i ravioli al tocco, davvero perfetti. A seguire asado, tra i migliori mai provati anche se non segue la cottura originale, e torta di mele, notevole. Il pane di noci e castagne è stato un plus. Onorevole anche il vino della casa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Fortemente consigliato.
The restaurant has changed ownership for six months and Marco, the new owner, has perfectly understood how to pamper his guests with the right ways and dishes. Beginning with an excellent and abundant appetizer based on fried and local vegetables, including legendary porridge and seared sage that if you have never tried it you will understand what it means to taste a fleshy leaf. Among the first I chose the perfect ravioli with touch. Following asado, among the best ever tried even if it does not follow the original cooking, and apple pie, remarkable. Walnut and chestnut bread was a plus. The house wine is also honorable. The value for money is excellent. Strongly recommended.
