Personale gentilissimo e preparato e location davvero caratteristica. Questo ristorante, che propone prodotti di presidio slow food, merita più di una visita. Bravissimi!
 A very pleasant surprise. The dishes are refined, cared for, original and very tasty. The choice of wines is excellent and plentiful. Very kind and prepared staff and a very characteristic location. This restaurant, which offers slow food products, deserves more than a visit. Very good!

A very pleasant "hostaria" in the center of Edolo. The very particular dishes but well balanced with local products are something very interesting. The cured meats bring me home, excellent!
The interior of the room is very nice, a few more lumens would not hurt. Very kind and nice managers. If you pass by, give us a thought!

La qualità delle pietanze è davvero incredibile e inaspettata. La ricercatezza, l impiattamento e il gusto non hanno davvero nulla da invidiare.
Il servizio è sempre preciso e puntuale.
Rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero onesto se sia pensa alla cura dei dettagli che presenta il ristorante.

We had dinner at this restaurant in Edolo.
The quality of the dishes is truly incredible and unexpected. The refinement, the dish and the taste really have nothing to envy.
The service is always precise and punctual.
Value for money is really honest if you think about the attention to detail that the restaurant presents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice dining experience in the backyard of Edolo. Friendly staff explaining everything and nice sitting outside on a warm day. However the wine cellar restaurant part was also very spectacular. Not cheap but okay and very good food including the desert. Had a very nice experience and can highly recommend it for a slow and smooth dinner.

The preparations are connected to local traditions and sources with a masterful creativity which makes every dish a delight.
