★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A solo 1 giorno dall'apertura, sotto una splendida nevicata che ha inondato di bianco la vallata, ho avuto il grande piacere di mangiare da Hostaria in Cortina del gruppo Alajmo, pop-up restaurant che durerà 4 mesi (e spero vivamente che ritornino post ristrutturazione dell'Ancora).
Tutto perfetto, dall'ospitalità ai piatti alla location, assolutamente suggerito per un pranzo o un aperitivo (e speriamo presto anche una cena), tornerò sicuramente! Bravissimi ?
Just 1 day after opening, under a splendid snowfall that flooded the valley with white, I had the great pleasure of eating at Hostaria in Cortina of the Alajmo group, a pop-up restaurant that will last 4 months (and I sincerely hope that they will return post restructuring of the Anchor).
Everything perfect, from the hospitality to the dishes to the location, absolutely suggested for a lunch or an aperitif (and hopefully soon a dinner too), I'll definitely be back! Very good ?
