 No respect for the customer: upon telephone booking, on August 4th we traveled 230 km to get to the pier and be informed by a fisherman that the boat would not leave for that day. None of those waiting had been notified ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bellissima esperienza. La gita ci ha portato alla scoperta di tantissime grotte e calette con anche la possibilità di entrare in molte di queste. Personale cordiale e preparatissimo. Bellissime le soste di 3 ore e mezza alla baia di Vignanotica e quella di pochi minuti alla cala del Leone, accessibile solo via nave.
A beautiful experience. The tour led us to the discovery of many caves and coves with the possibility of entering many of these. Friendly and well-trained staff. The three and a half hour stops at Vignanotica bay and the few minutes at Cala del Leone, accessible only by ship, are beautiful.

Per un LORO errore questo tipo di servizio non era più disponibile e
il responsabile mi ha assicurato (per più volte) il rimborso.
Dopo 4 settimane ed alcuni solleciti non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
Date le recensioni positive non metto in dubbio la loro professionalità sul campo, ma per quanto riguarda le prenotazioni online non hanno la minima idea di come funzioni il loro sistema di gestione. Non sono in grado di annullare e rimborsare una prenotazione.
I booked a boat tour for 120€ from their site, unfortunately this kind of trip wasn't available anymore. They are unable to delete the booking and make a refund.
Just don't use their site for booking your trip because if something goes wrong you will never see your money back.
I bought a reservation of 120 € for a boat tour from the site.
For their mistake this type of service was no longer available and
the manager assured me (several times) the refund.
After 4 weeks and some reminders, I still haven't received anything.
Given the positive reviews I don't question their professionalism in the field, but as far as online reservations are concerned, they have no idea how their management system works. I am unable to cancel and refund a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gita in barca veramente eccezionale. Il comandante Alessandro è uomo genuino del Sud, pronto a darti un braccio all'occorrenza. Ha trainato una barca rimasta in panne che non riusciva a chiamare soccorso perché era in un punto dove il telefono non prendeva. Mitico. Entra e fa manovre all'interno di grotte come se niente fosse, un vero funambolo. Bravissimo anche la guida Giuseppe che ci ha raccontato le meraviglie di questo posto con la vera passione di chi ama la propria terra. E che dire della sosta bagno con tuffi dalla barca... Un ricordo indelebile che rimarrà in me e nella mia famiglia. Bravissimi ragazzi!
Truly exceptional boat trip. Commander Alessandro is a genuine man from the South, ready to give you an arm if necessary. He towed a stranded boat that could not call for help because it was in a place where the phone did not pick up. Mythical. Enter and maneuver inside caves as if nothing had happened, a real tightrope walker. The guide Giuseppe was also very good, he told us about the wonders of this place with the true passion of those who love their land. And what about the swim break with dives from the boat ... An indelible memory that will remain in me and in my family. Great guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giro in barca sul mare del Gargano alla scoperta delle grotte e delle baie più belle, raccontate da una guida Giuseppe preparato e simpatico. Complimenti al capitano Alessandro che con la sua destrezza è riuscito a farci vivere le grotte anche all'interno. La consiglio per avere una visione dal mare dello spettacolo naturale di questa terra. Sosta di 4 ore x riposo e bagni .
Boat ride on the sea of the Gargano to discover the most beautiful caves and bays, told by a prepared and friendly guide Giuseppe. Congratulations to Captain Alessandro who, with his dexterity, managed to make us experience the caves inside as well. I recommend it to have a view from the sea of the natural spectacle of this land. Stop of 4 hours for rest and baths.
