Mi riprometto di tornare perché credo di essere stato in un momento difficile da gestire in quanto c'era un afflusso di clienti particolarmente elevato dovuto ad un concorso ippico. Per adesso lascio le due stelle perché il servizio è stato discontinuo ed approssimativo, i prodotti sono di ottima qualità ma ci siamo trovati a ricevere i contorni quando ormai non c'erano più piatti dei secondi a tavola e si parlava del dolce. Siccome credo che alla base di una struttura così bella ci sia certamente una forte capacità organizzativa ed imprenditoriale sono certo di poter migliorare in futuro la mia valutazione.
This evaluation refers exclusively to lunch. As for the management of the riding school I am not suited to evaluate.
I plan to return because I believe I was in a difficult time to manage as there was a particularly high influx of customers due to a horse show. For now I leave the two stars because the service was discontinuous and approximate, the products are of excellent quality but we found ourselves receiving the side dishes when there were no more dishes than the main courses at the table and we were talking about the dessert. Since I believe that at the base of such a beautiful structure there is certainly a strong organizational and entrepreneurial capacity, I am sure I can improve my evaluation in the future.
