★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinati tre motori per portoni industriali, dopo due mesi si viene a sapere, su mia insistenza, che i motori non verranno mai consegnati per ragioni tecniche. Avete capito bene? Emetti un ordine, decidono di non accettarlo e te lo fanno sapere dopo due mesi!! (non perché te lo dicono loro , ma perché li cerchi tu, tra mille difficoltà nel trovare un interno libero o di avere informazioni dall'agente di zona).
In più di vent'anni di lavoro non mi era mai capitata una "disavventura" simile
Ordered three motors for industrial doors, after two months it is known, at my insistence, that the motors will never be delivered for technical reasons. You got it right? You place an order, they decide not to accept it and they let you know after two months !! (not because they tell you, but because you are looking for them, with great difficulty in finding a free extension or to get information from the area agent).
In more than twenty years of work I have never had a similar "mishap"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si blocca il portone ( molle rotte) e l'assistenza interviene immediatamente , ora dopo dopo 8 giorni , la sede centrale non ha ancora confermato l'ordine all'assistenza delle molle ( No comment) è inutile avere un assistenza tempestiva quanto la gestione ricambi non funziona e fa acqua , pensavo che Homann fosse un marchio serio ma mi devo ricredere è vergognoso !
Sono ormai passate 3 settimane e delle molle non vi è traccia , il centro assistenza non sa nulla su quando è prevista la consegna dalla Germania , ho inviato una mail alla loro assistenza e non mi hanno risposto, mai più Hormann !!!
The door stops me (broken springs) and assistance intervenes immediately, now after 8 days, the headquarters has not yet confirmed the order for the assistance of the springs (No comment) it is useless to have timely assistance as much as management spare parts does not work and leaks, I thought Homann was a serious brand but I have to think again it's shameful!
It's been 3 weeks now and there is no trace of the springs, the service center does not know anything about when the delivery from Germany is expected, I sent an email to their assistance and they did not reply, never again Hormann !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza tecnica in mano ad aziende locali che nel mio caso con servizio insoddisfacente. Possibile che una multinazionale non abbia nemmeno un indirizzo mail a cui fare riferimento. Ho letto i feedback dei clienti e se li avessi letto prima non avrei scelto Hormann.........
Technical assistance in the hands of local companies which in my case with unsatisfactory service. It is possible that a multinational does not even have an email address to refer to. I have read customer feedback and if I had read it before I would not have chosen Hormann .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na firmie byłem O 15:30 I choć pracują do do 17 musiałem czekać do następnego dnia,jest opcja stanąć na strefie,rano rozładunek w miarę sprawnie,dojazd LKW bezproblemowy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre sentito nominare questa azienda e con la nostra impresa abbiamo deciso di ascoltare un committente e di cambiare fornitore. Non abbiamo acquistato direttamente da loro, ma da un rivenditore nella provincia di Padova dove siamo tutt'ora in causa e non posso nominare attualmente. Posa avvenuta in maniera frettolosa e pannelli alcuni ammaccati o strisciati. Ho chiamato in casa madre, ma non mi hanno mai dato grandi informazioni o voglia di risolvere il problema. Io non posso consigliare per la mia esperienza.
