You took my fridge away from home in February. I had just bought it and it didn't work right away. Since that date, you have not yet delivered the new one and you are unable to tell me when I will receive it. You are unprofessional and utterly in bad faith. Shame on you!

Chiami l'assistenza e per un'azienda di Monza ti rispondono da Belgrado, poi ti trasferiscono in italia poi cade la linea. Totalmente scorretto ed io nonostante abbia pagato mi ritrovo con un servizio di assistenza inesistente!!! Mai più!!!
Purchased dryer with extended warranty. After a month and a half from the inspection, I am still waiting for the technician to intervene to change the piece. Call for assistance and for a company in Monza they answer you from Belgrade, then they transfer you to Italy, then the line drops. Totally incorrect and despite having paid I find myself with a non-existent assistance service !!! Never again!!!

Akkustaubsauger zu kurze Laufzeit nach 7 Monaten defekt.
Am 03.12.20 bei Ebay einen Akkustaubsauer erworben. Nun bin ich doch sehr erstaunt, dass am 18.07.21 schon nichts mehr geht bzw. der Akkustaubsauer schon defekt ist. Leider habe ich keine Versicherung abgeschlossen und somit gibt es keine Garantie. Jeder freie Händler gibt auf einen Kauf 2 Jahre Garantie. Das Resultat sollte für jeden zukünftigen Käufer sein, Regional zu kaufen.

Cordless vacuum cleaner defective after 7 months.
Purchased a battery pack from Ebay on December 3rd, 2020. Now I am very surprised that nothing works on July 18th, 21st or that the battery pack is already defective. Unfortunately, I have not taken out any insurance and so there is no guarantee. Every free dealer gives a 2 year guarantee on a purchase. The result should be for every future buyer to buy regionally.
