Ritardi nella consegna, moto incidentata appena arrivata dal concessionario stesso, prezzi fuori di testa per una sostituzione di un blocchetto (1000€ per una chiave ? Ma state scherzando?). Promesse mai mantenute, arronzato alle chiamate più e più volte, sconti che poi non sono stati fatti dicendo che avevamo pattuito altri prezzi, per ben due e dico volte.
Shameful dealer, I only found problems and damages, I don't even know how they manage to be open. Delays in delivery, crashed motorcycle just arrived from the dealer himself, crazy prices for a replacement of a block (€ 1000 for a key? Are you kidding?). Promises never kept, arronzato to calls over and over, discounts that were not made by saying that we had agreed on other prices, for two and I say times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato la prima volta per acquistare un veicolo e mi hanno convinto a comprarlo nonostante il prezzo salato garantendomi assistenza gratuita per il primo anno e quando si è rotto il motorino mi hanno fatto pagare l'assistenza. La seconda volta sono entrato perché volevo comprare un mezzo nuovo e si sono inventati storie infinite per farmi comprare un mezzo usato praticamente al prezzo del nuovo. Che dire, mi sorprende che honda permetta a operatori di così basso livello di usare il proprio marchio.

The second time I went in because I wanted to buy a new vehicle and invented endless stories to get me to buy a used vehicle practically for the price of the new one. What to say, I am surprised that honda allows such low-level operators to use their own brand.

La mia esperienza: Ho preso da loro un Caballero 500, permutando uno scooter BMW cSport 650, sono stati eccezionali nella valutazione del mio mezzo e nell'offerta per l'acquisto del nuovo. Inoltre sono semore stati gentili e molto disponibili nel dare consigli e assistenza.

My experience: I took a Caballero 500 from them, exchanging a BMW cSport 650 scooter, they were exceptional in evaluating my vehicle and in offering to buy the new one. They have also always been kind and very helpful in giving advice and assistance.
