Purtroppo con questa azienda ho avuto un'ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA nell'acquisto di una camera da letto della San Michele. I mobili non erano esposti presso il rivenditore per cui sono stati scelti dal catalogo. Ho avuto subito dei problemi per la consegna dei mobili ed ho inoltrato due mail al produttore seguendo le indicazioni del loro sito, ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi. Una volta ricevuti i mobili, con un ritardo di due mesi ed una consegna frazionata, ho riscontrato che il comò Dafni (largo cm. 135) ed i due comodini, per i quali non sono previste le maniglie, non erano provvisti del sistema a spinta per l'apertura, per cui non sono molto comodi da usare. La cosa non mi era stata prospettata dal venditore. Allora ho telefonato direttamente all'azienda per chiedere se si potevano fare delle integrazioni ma mi hanno detto di rivolgermi al loro agente di zona il quale, chiaritomi che per quel tipo di prodotto non è previsto il sistema di apertura push, mi diceva che non mi restava latro da fare che montarci delle maniglie e che per farlo avrei dovuto rivolgermi al venditore, con il quale, tra l'altro, non mi sono trovato bene per tutta un'altra serie di motivi. Il loro rappresentante mi ha detto che la San Michele fattura 100 milioni e che non può seguire i singoli clienti. ME NE SONO ACCORTO, per cui, morale della favola, non fidatevi mai di quello che vi dicono e comprate solo mobili che vedete in esposizione, "vivisezionateli", perché dopo l'acquisto sarete abbandonati a voi stessi, soprattutto dalla San Michele ..... per i rivenditori poi ........ !!!!!!!

Unfortunately with this company I had a NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE in buying a bedroom at San Michele. The furniture was not displayed at the retailer so it was chosen from the catalog. I immediately had problems with the delivery of the furniture and I sent two emails to the manufacturer following the instructions on their site, but no one deigned to answer me. Once the furniture was received, with a delay of two months and a split delivery, I found that the Dafni chest of drawers (135 cm wide) and the two bedside tables, for which handles are not provided, were not equipped with the push system. for opening, so they are not very comfortable to use. The thing was not proposed to me by the seller. So I phoned the company directly to ask if integrations could be made but they told me to contact their local agent who, having clarified that the push opening system is not provided for that type of product, told me that I would not There was still more to do than fit the handles and that to do so I would have to contact the seller, with whom, among other things, I was not happy with it for a whole other series of reasons. Their rep told me that San Michele has a turnover of 100 million and cannot follow individual customers. I HAVE NOTICED IT, so, moral of the story, never trust what they tell you and only buy furniture that you see on display, "vivisect them", because after the purchase you will be abandoned to yourself, especially from San Michele .. ... for resellers then ........ !!!!!!!
