I accidentally found this site, and it was the only shop stocked with everything where I found the points for my Maestri stapler. The first order made by me without consulting customer service, I placed the order wrong. I try to place the order again and after customer service contacts me I can place another order with the right points. Great shop, great customer service. I am satisfied and consider this shop for future purchases. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto è arrivato in ritardo di alcuni giorni nonostante io tracciassi il pacco come in consegna. Dopo molte telefonate al corriere con attese interminabili e con sgarbate centraliniste sono riuscito a capire che la spedizione non aveva il nome della mia ditta ma solo il mio personale; il corriere quindi non trovava il mio nomer sul campanello. Quindi attenzione a scrivere correttamente l'intestatario ed usare un corriere che abbia come servizio il contatto telefonico! :-)
The product arrived a few days late even though I tracked the package as delivered. After many phone calls to the courier with interminable waits and rude switchboard operators, I managed to understand that the shipment did not have the name of my company but only my staff; the courier therefore could not find my name on the doorbell. So be careful to write the name correctly and use a courier that has telephone contact as a service! :-)
