Dopo un primo sopralluogo gli architetti hanno raccomandato un intervento più importante del solo home staging così hanno tolto la carta da parati e rinfrescato pareti e soffitti, hanno anche fatto modifiche all'impianto elettrico. Abbiamo ricevuto delle proposte molto in fretta quindi siamo soddisfatti anche se sono convinto che bastasse anche qualche lavoro in meno. Comunque nel complesso siamo soddisfatti My father moved in with us and we wanted to rent his house, a two-room apartment in an old building in the center. After an initial inspection, the architects recommended a more important intervention than just home staging so they removed the wallpaper and refreshed the walls and ceilings, they also made changes to the electrical system. The result was excellent: it was rented exactly three days after the photos were published on immobiliare.it. I received about 6 concrete proposals and I must say thank you for their intervention. Sono state professionali, veloci e capaci e la cosa più interessante è che il costo si è ampiamente ripagato permettendoci di vendere ad una cifra più alta di quella che ci aveva prospettato l'agenzia. Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che ci siamo fatti seguire anche nella parziale ristrutturazione e nell'arredamento della nostra nuova casa. Hanno fatto un lavoro incredibile. For years I have wanted to renovate my place I wanted something warmer and more welcoming where customers would prefer to sit at a table and chat quietly rather than order a quick coffee at the counter. They did an amazing job.
