★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, questo annuncio riguarda la parte agenzia immobiliare. Non sono il tipo a voler scrivere delle referenze negative senza giusti motivi, ma credo sia la cosa più opportuna da fare in questo caso perché ne va della reputazione di tutta una cultura, la nostra.
Ho avuto un solo contatto con una collaboratrice dell'agenzia. Le informazioni fornite sui beni sono esaustive e professionali. Purtroppo, al momento in cui ho chiesto di completare le informazioni fornite con le cifre dei rendimenti locativi, informazione di base per valutare il potenziale di un bene, mi è stato chiesto un pagamento di 500 Eur. A parte lo choc personale, trovo che questa metodologia non sia una bella pubblicità per il nostro Paese e mostra un'attitudine dell'agenzia non professionale, pronta a guadagnare qualche spicciolo a fronte di una domanda legittima e per la quale ogni altra agenzia contattata ha sempre fornito le informazioni richieste. Inoltre, non si sono più degnati di rispondere alla mia ultima mail in cui comunicavo queste stesse informazioni. Che peccato.
Hello, this announcement concerns the real estate agency part. I'm not the type to want to write negative references without right reasons, but I think it's the most appropriate thing to do in this case because it affects the reputation of a whole culture, ours.
I only had one contact with an agency employee. The information provided on the goods is comprehensive and professional. Unfortunately, when I asked to complete the information provided with rental yield figures, basic information for assessing the potential of a property, I was asked for a payment of 500 Eur. Apart from the personal shock, I find that this methodology is not a nice advertisement for our country and shows an unprofessional agency attitude, ready to earn a few coins in the face of a legitimate question and for which every other agency contacted has always provided the requested information. Furthermore, they no longer deigned to reply to my last email in which I communicated this same information. What a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place. They were not dog-friendly and would not even accept a service dog for a disabled person. They refused to show us the places they had scheduled when we showed up with the disabled person and the service dog. One could call that discrimination. Definitely not dog friendly at all. They didn't have to be rude about it but they were, despite remaining professional. The day prior, while I was sitting across from the owner (older guy) at his desk in the midst of being assisted, he accepted multiple phonecalls, one of which he was arguing loudly on the phone with the caller. I found it rude, disrespectful and unprofessional separate and apart from the rejection of the dog.
