È annessa spiaggia, centro congressi, teatro, cappella cattolica e istituto paritario, dall'infanzia fino al liceo. Excellent hotel complex at competitive prices for the area where it is located. There is a beach, a congress center, a theater, a Catholic chapel and an equal school, from childhood to high school.

Luogo di ispirazione religiosa, ma aperta al mondo laico per piccole o lunghi momenti di vacanza. La vicinanza al campo sportivo ha permesso a molti fans di sceglierla in occasione dei concerti musicali tenuti in estate. Structure where you can find yourself, located in a quiet and pleasant place on the sea near the "Marina d'Arechi" port near the stadium. La pulizia esterna è inesistente,la pulizia interna e delle camere va bene,occorrerebbe riparare degli immobili esterni che sono brutti,pericolosi,sudici e che rovinano la qualità dell'ambiente. Non lo consiglio per gruppi e né per passare delle vacanze rilassanti,un paio di giorni sono sufficienti,ma poi occorre andare via,la qualità è complessivamente scadente anche se si definisce resort Nice place, insufficient food, not quality or even quantity. Frozen and supermarket stuff: to abhor. External cleaning is non-existent, internal and room cleaning is fine, external buildings that are ugly, dangerous, dirty and which ruin the quality of the environment should be repaired. La struttura in ristrutturazione, non offre un buon servizio a cominciare dal cibo che non è soddisfacente qualitativamente e dal poco personale che serve ai tavoli e bisogna aspettare per essere serviti. Inoltre il fatto che sia isolato, se si è senza auto si è bloccati lì senza poter uscire per una passeggiata. È un vero peccato perché ha un panorama davvero bello... Probabile che dopo la ristrutturazione diventi un luogo confortevole..... Probably after the renovation it will become a comfortable place .....

Tuttavia il personale è insufficiente e il servizio ai tavoli ne risente! Il cibo è di qualità mediocre. Occorrerebbe, infine, qualche collegamento in più con il centro di Salerno poiché la struttura si trova a Via Salvatore Allende, in zona orientale e periferica rispetto alle principali attrattive della città. The structure is beautiful and under renovation located near the sea in a peaceful and pleasant setting. However the staff is insufficient and the table service is affected! Food is of mediocre quality. Finally, some more connections with the center of Salerno would be needed since the structure is located in Via Salvatore Allende, in the eastern and peripheral area with respect to the main attractions of the city.
