L'originalità e la cordialità della signora Roberta ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa.
Sicuramente da ritornarci!!!
Excellent property located not even 1 km from the village Smirra, with a beautiful panoramic view and a swimming pool suitable for relaxation (if one prefers to rest).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben hier een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het domein bestaat uit 4 appartementen met een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en wasplaats. Wij hadden het kleinste gehuurd maar alle comfort was aanwezig. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, ruime badkamer, zithoek en slaapkamer. Elk apartement beschik over een eigen terras maar er zijn ook nog gemeenschaplijke terrassen. Het domein is volledig omheind en beveiligd dankzij een poort.Roberta is een zeer aangename dame die dagelijks langskomt om het zwembad te reinigen. Alles is super proper, zwembad en gewone handdoeken en keukenhanddoeken zijn aanwezig.... in de nabij gelegen dorpen zijn supermarkten,restaurants, banken, apothekers enz... op amper 5 minuten rijden.... voor mensen die rust zoeken is dit de ideale plaats.
We had a great stay here. The domain consists of 4 apartments with a communal pool and laundry room. We had rented the smallest, but all comfort was present. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area and bedroom. Each apartment has its own terrace, but there are also communal terraces. The domain is completely fenced and secured by a gate.Roberta is a very pleasant lady who comes daily to clean the pool. Everything is super clean, swimming pool and regular towels and kitchen towels are available .... in the nearby villages there are supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacists etc ... barely 5 minutes away ... the ideal place.

L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve poter cucinare (anche all’esterno con tavoli e barbecue), l’arredamento è rustico e allo stesso tempo si vede che è curato nei dettagli dal tocco creativo della proprietaria. Consigliatissimo anche per chi vuole fare Smart working (la connessione Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente), passando delle giornate in tranquillità e nel verde. La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa e a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio/richiesta
Castellonesto is an excellent location in which to spend relaxing days by the pool with a pleasant view. The apartment has everything you need to be able to cook (even outside with tables and barbecues), the furniture is rustic and at the same time you can see that it is cared for in detail by the owner's creative touch. Also highly recommended for those who want to do Smart working (the Wi-Fi connection works perfectly), spending days in peace and greenery. The owner is a delightful person and available for any advice / request

Dentro alla casa non manca assolutamente nulla, veramente molto ben fornita. Grazie alle spesse mura mantiene una temperatura molto fresca anche quando fuori è caldo.
La piscina ha una vista sulle colline marchigiane che vi farà perdere il fiato. Fare il bagno mentre le rondini planano sull'acqua per bere non ha prezzo.!
Roberta è una persona gentile, disponibile con cui è piacevole scambiare due chiacchiere.
Chiunque passa da qui ci torna tutti gli anni.

Inside the house there is absolutely nothing missing, really very well equipped. Thanks to the thick walls it keeps a very cool temperature even when it is hot outside.
The swimming pool has a view of the Marche hills that will make you lose your breath. Bathing while swallows glide over the water to drink is priceless.!
Roberta is a kind person, available with whom it is pleasant to chat.
Anyone who passes through here returns every year.
