Non conoscevo la Holdhouse immobiliare, ho visitato gli uffici virtualmente, ed ho letto la storia. Ho telefonato per fissare un appuntamento e ho percepito subito l’aria di un ambiente familiare. Per la verità, prima di formalizzare la proposta di acquisto ho voluto visionarlo altre volte. Devo dire che sono rimasta esterrefatta della tanta disponibilità e gentilezza, abbinata alla cortesia con cui trattano il cliente. La fase preliminare alla proposta di acquisto l’ho vissuta con il geometra responsabile dell’ufficio tecnico. Il quale, con l’ausilio del “Fascicolo Casa” (fascicolazione di tutti i documenti riguardanti l’immobile), lavoro encomiabile, unico e certosino, mi ha illustrato e spiegato il suo corposo contenuto. Nel mio caso, l’immobile aveva dei problemi urbanistici che nemmeno i venditori ne erano a conoscenza. Mi è stato spiegato in maniera dettagliata, professionale ed esaustiva, la procedura tecnica e burocratica da seguire (con spese a carico dei venditori), per l’ottenimento del titolo abilitativo urbanistico in sanatoria. Mi è stato subito detto che i tempi erano abbastanza lunghi e a dire la verità, dalla stima fatta, alla reale stipula del rogito notarile, abbiamo dovuto posticipare solo di qualche settimana. Ho realizzato il mio sogno e sono molto contenta di abitare nella casa che ho sempre desiderato. Holdhouse immobiliare: sinonimo di serietà, correttezza e professionalità. In my case, the property had urban planning problems that not even the sellers were aware of. I was explained in a detailed, professional and exhaustive manner, the technical and bureaucratic procedure to follow (with costs to be borne by the sellers), for obtaining the urban planning permit in amnesty. I was immediately told that the times were quite long and to tell the truth, from the estimate made, to the actual stipulation of the notarial deed, we had to postpone it for just a few weeks. Il cav. Antonio Pietronigro (persona squisita) ci ha sin da subito esposto tutta la situazione, presentandoci documentazioni precise e dettagliate e rendendosi disponibile ad ogni chiarimento per qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Antonello (ormai un amico) ci ha accompagnati in ogni passo e ci ha sopportato e supportato in tutte le tappe di questo acquisto. Ci sono stati problemi finali coi venditori a causa di incomprensioni con i tempi della banca .. TUTTO IL TEAM dell'agenzia è stato presente esponendosi in prima persona per aiutarci anche in questo, permettendoci di risolvere le questioni e di arrivare all'obiettivo. Da Holdhouse prima si trovano professionisti, poi davvero persone di "famiglia". Con questa recensione ci tengo non solo ad esprimere la mia soddisfazione ma anche ad illuminare qualche persona che abbia potuto, anche solo per un attimo, dubitare del loro operato. There were final problems with the sellers due to misunderstandings with the timing of the bank .. THE WHOLE TEAM of the agency was present and exposed themselves to help us in this too, allowing us to resolve the issues and reach the goal.
