 Extremely satisfied, the owners' competence and professionalism make the shop a reference point for enthusiasts. Present in the city for years. My aquarium is one month old and I am fully satisfied in all respects.
After one year of life of the aquarium, I confirm the 5 stars and add another 5 ?

Una particolarità mai trovata in altri negozi: fa una leggera raschiatura ad un pesce malato e analizza il risultato al microscopio per capire di che malattia si tratti! L'ho visto fare e lo fa con molta dolcezza e delicatezza. Top!
The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of fish is normal. A peculiarity never found in other stores: it makes a light scraping of a sick fish and analyzes the result under a microscope to understand what disease it is! I've seen it done and it does it with much gentleness and delicacy. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto cordiale e professionale.. sono cliente da anni (ero ragazzino e ci andavo con mio padre) ..mai avuto nessun problema anzi.. il proprietario è sempre molto disponibile nell elargire suggerimenti e consigli che molte volte si sono rivelati preziosi ed utili. trovo che i pesci siano curati molto bene e conservati in ambienti perfetti .. caldamente consigliato.
Very friendly and professional .. I have been a customer for years (I was a boy and I went with my father) .. never had any problems, on the contrary .. the owner is always very helpful in giving suggestions and advice that many times have proved to be precious and useful. I find that the fish are treated very well and kept in perfect environments .. highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale disponibile ed è per questo che assegno 1 stella, ma ho acquistato dei pesci di diversi tipi che 2/9 sono arrivati a casa e morti in seguito gli altri 7 sono stati portatori di una malattia e hanno fatto morire il resto dei pesci sull'acquario.
helpful staff and that's why I give 1 star, but I bought some fish of different types that 2/9 arrived home and died later the other 7 were carriers of a disease and killed the rest of the fish on the fish tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in starting a saltwater aquarium and came across this store. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had so many questions but he was very patient and answered all of them. I ended up purchasing a set up first and he was nice enough to deliver it to my residence since I had no way in transporting it. I then returned to purchase the salt water, gravel, live rocks and bacteria. Every time I've gone back, it's been great customer service. To me, there's a decent selection of fish but great selection of corals. I pretty much wanted clownfish so I was pleased. No complaints whatsoever. Nice little shop, clean, good selection of pets, and great staff. I definitely recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here frequently while I lived in Roveredo. The owners are very nice and helpful to provide advice on saltwater fish keeping. The fish selection is limited because of store size, but it would be worth asking if they can order specific fish. My only complaint is that the parking is limited, due to its location and you have to wait or park further down the street. It's always great to stop buy just to see what is new in the store.
