Dal 2018 ad oggi mi sono candidato a diversi annunci,tra meccanico ferroviario, Cablatore, manutentore elettrico,ecc. Potrei ricoprirli in generale tutti, perché chi meglio di chi ha lavorato all'estero per loro potrebbe lavorare all'interno di un indotto così vasto come Hitachi Rail? Invece no,mi sono candidato tramite agenzia interinale,l' agenzia logicamente avendo tutti i requisiti ti contatta e ti chiede il permesso di inviare il tuo curriculum,poi ti scartano dicendo che la selezione è stata bocciata e che hanno assunto qualcuno che già lavorava con un' azienda esterna,ma sempre per Hitachi Rail. Oppure ti dicono che non serve più nessuna figura nuova, invece assumono un nuovo raccomandato. La maggior parte dei raccomandati sono i parenti e amici dei sindacati ,che schifo. Spero che un giorno i giapponesi aprono gli occhi a tanta negligenza... I hope that one day the Japanese open their eyes to such neglect ...
