Abbiamo pagato un sovrapprezzo per un piccolo danno, successivamente verificando con terzi l'entità del danno ci siamo resi conto che la somma di denaro richiesta andava ben oltre il danno effettivo. Parlando con altri clienti abbiamo constatato che è abitudine quella di approfittare di questi avvenimenti, cercando effettivamente di guadagnarci sù. Un atteggiamento che si commenta da sé e che purtroppo lascia un brutto ricordo di tutta la vacanza
