★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono è impossibile trovarli. Quando ti rechi sul posto le file sono interminabili, con soltanto un operatore perfino negli orari di punta, oltretutto scortese e spocchioso.
 On the phone it is impossible to find them. When you go there, the lines are endless, with only one operator even at peak times, moreover rude and snooty.

Cause, unreported accident at the entrance of the coplanar, and with consequent compulsory entry into the motorway, I found myself in Imola because the exit of Castel San Pietro was also closed.

Shame on you, Punto Blu bologna is definitively closed without notifying the customers, leaving a website practically useless for someone like me who has a demagnetized viacard! Can you reactivate it online? Bad service, bad managers, to be kicked in .....

Sono arrivato al punto blu alle 16.58 e c'era già una persona fuori che si lamentava della chiusura anticipata. Ho provato a bussare per far presente che in quel momento erano appena le 17.00 e con modo sgarbato l'impiegata si è alzata dalla scrivania ed è andata a spegnere la luce esterna ad indicare la chiusura dell ufficio. Poca voglia di lavorare.
One star seems too much to me.
I arrived at the blue point at 4.58pm and there was already a person outside complaining about the early closure. I tried to knock to point out that at that moment it was just 5.00 pm and in a rude way the employee got up from the desk and went to turn off the external light to indicate the closing of the office. Little desire to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice people! Helped us directly also in English. We were such dullies and drove through a Telepass station and had to push the red button, bud didn‘t received any bill. With our drive-in Maut ticket and the timing + telepass Station, where we left the autostrada, they were able to find us due to a photo. We only had to pay the Maut and nothing else. Thanks a lot again. We really appreciate it :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start......freeways where gave to private investors to make them better in exchange of a fee. Every year the highway price is increasing but the road maintenance is very poor. Unfortunately intervention is done only when bad accident happens. From Bologna to Ancona just have a look at all the overpasses structural situation, really frightening. For little more than 100 km you pay 10.30€.
