Richiesto più volte di parlare con l'ufficio commerciale ma senza successo. purchased a notebook via the Internet and received on one battery while the new model it has two. G	Giuseppe Aurnia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un pc usato, la mia odissea è iniziata già dalla consegna dopo aver pagato il pc e il corriere sono dovuto andare fino a Scordia per ritirarlo perchè non arrivava mai,il pc un vero pacco, non conforme a quello pubblicizzato è crollato(buttato) dopo solo due mesi, personale(tecnici) incompetenti, titolare scortese e furbo, la segretaria invece molto cortese. Valutazione decisamente negativa(evitate) I took a used PC, my odyssey started already from delivery after paying for the PC and the courier had to go to Scordia to pick it up because it never came, the PC was a real parcel, not compliant with the advertised one, it collapsed (thrown away ) after only two months, incompetent (technical) staff, rude and clever owner, the secretary instead very courteous. Francamente non ho mai voglia e tempo di scrivere recensioni, ma mi sento di avvisare i potenziali acquirenti. Ho acquistato una stampante che è arrivata non funzionante e l'unico loro tecnico non era in grado di aiutarmi. L'unico modo che avevo per comunicare con qualcuno era la chat whatsapp. Trascinando tutto per due mesi, dopo avermi invitato a ripararmi la macchina da solo, ma senza che ne avessi la possibilità, il tutto tra continui solleciti e richieste di assistenza spesso ignorate, si arriva al reso e alla nota di credito, ma non al rimborso. Spendete qualche euro in più altrove e ne trarrete comunque profitto non avendo a che fare con loro. TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST OR SCRAP TRAFFIC?
