Mi sono trovata l'agenzia chiusa per ritardo del treno, per fortuna grazie alla disponibilità del personale del garage sono riuscita ad ottenere l'auto. Arrivals close to closing should be better managed. I found the agency closed due to delay of the train, luckily thanks to the availability of the garage staff I was able to get the car.

Non meritano neanche di esistere, pessimo servizio clienti, sul sito c'è scritto che da ora si accettano anche carte prepagate e infatti i soldi come si sbrigano a prenderli!!!! Poi l'amara sorpresa, ti presenti per prendere il furgone che hai anticipatamente pagato e regolarmente prenotato e ti dicono cadendo dalle nubi che con la carta prepagata non è possibile noleggiare il furgone... Perfetto e allora dato che non ho avuto il servizio per cui ho pagato posso avere almeno il rimborso? La risposta è no. E la cosa che più mi ha fatto saltare i nervi è stata che non è la prima volta che capitano queste situazioni, quindi mi domando quanti soldi sono stati letteralmente derubati a tutti i poveri malcapitati come me che ci sono cascati e da quanto tira avanti questa truffa a piede libero!!! L'unica soluzione ora come ora è ricorrere per vie legali ed è ciò che farò. Servizio ultrascadente, dipendenti fortemente maleducati, vi auguro pian piano di fallire indebitati fino al collo come giustamente vi meritate e vista la vostra situazione attuale, direi che non ci manca molto. Percarita di Dio non fate il grave errore di farvi derubare i soldi, esistono servizi affidabili e certamente professionali. Too bad it cannot be given less than 5 stars. They do not even deserve to exist, bad customer service, on the site it says that from now on they also accept prepaid cards and in fact the money as they hurry to get them !!!! Then the bitter surprise, you show up to take the van that you paid in advance and regularly booked and they tell you falling from the clouds that with the prepaid card it is not possible to rent the van ... Perfect and then since I have not had the service for I paid for, can I at least get a refund? The answer is no. And the thing that blew my nerves the most was that it is not the first time that these situations have happened, so I wonder how much money has been literally stolen from all the poor unfortunates like me who have fallen for it and how long this has been going on scam on the loose !!! The only solution right now is to take legal action and that is what I will do. Ultra-loose service, highly rude employees, I wish you slowly fail up to your neck in debt as you rightly deserve and given your current situation, I would say that we do not miss much. For God's sake do not make the grave mistake of getting your money stolen, there are reliable and certainly professional services.

J	Jeanette Whittenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car was not ready when we arrived. When it did come the car was dirty with sand all over the floor boards and the car had scratches and dents and the man running the garage was rushing us to leave and not take note to car condition.

I have Hertz five star status but they still didnt give any priority to my booking. Car was not even ready when we arrived. They should communicate to the customer if they dont have the specific car at the time so there will be no surprises

Returned the car with as full of a tank of gas as possible (still had to drive from the gas station to Hertz, obviously). 3 days later my credit card was charged an extra 46 euros. This, apparently, was because I returned the car with 7/8ths of a tank rather than a totally full tank. My receipt stated that it took 6 euros to fill the tank, and then there was a 30 euro "fuel service charge" and 10 euros of tax. It would have been impossible to return the car entirely full since there are no gas stations nearby. Fine place to rent a car as long as you know you're dealing with scam artists, no different than any other car rental company.
