- impossibilità di annullare la pratica
inserito i dati guidatore e azienda online, riscritti su carta in agenzia per poi essere reinseriti nel sistema dall'impiegata
- macchina sporca e con più graffi esterni

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno consegnato un furgone transit sporco pieno di briciole fazzoletti di carta sporchi. Dopo averlo fatto presente all'incaricato di turno ed essere stato autorizzato ho provveduto al lavaggio del mezzo. Quando ho reso il mezzo ho esibito la ricevuta del lavaggio e chiesto il rimborso. Il titolare dell'agenzia mi ha guardato e mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe pagato. Grazie ugualmente hertz, avete sicuramente perso un cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo autonoleggio, come del resto ogni punto appartenente a questa catena, offre un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, ed ha una grande varietà di automezzi, sia veicoli commerciali come anche automobili. Malauguratamente non vi è un parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ma è agevolmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici in quanto dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e la zona è raggiunta dal servizio pubblico urbano. Il personale che vi lavora è molto gentile e professionale.

Unfortunately there is no parking nearby, but it is easily accessible by public transport as it is a few minutes walk from the train station, and the area is reached by the urban public service.
