Sicuramente ritornerò.Grazie per avermi accontentato dandomi l auto che più mi piaceva tra le disponibili del momento!!! Courteous, efficient and professional, even though I showed up within minutes of closing !! Thanks, also thanks to a few smiles, they made a moment of discomfort less burdensome following an accident that required a replacement car. Well done! L	Lorenzo De Matteis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un furgone sabato dalle 9 alle 19 prezzo la filiale di Piazzale Vittorio Veneto 4, Perugia. L'ho riconsegnato alle 18:45 lasciando, come da istruzioni, le chiavi nella cassetta della posta, e il veicolo non presentava danni oltre a quelli preesistenti al momento del noleggio, come da foto che ho scattato alla riconsegna. Il lunedì mattina (dopo un giorno e due notti che il furgone è stato parcheggiato incustodito all'aperto in zona stazione) mi contestano dei graffi che non sono presenti nelle foto che ho fatto al veicolo durante la riconsegna. Non ho firmato il modulo di riconsegna in cui mi contestano il danno in quanto questi graffi non sono stati causati da me, e potrebbero essere stati causati nel periodo tra le 19 di sabato e lunedì 28/03/2022, oppure essendo graffi minuscoli potrebbero essere rimasti nascosti sotto lo sporco che ricopriva il furgone e che per la verifica è stato rimosso. Ovviamente non hanno sentito ragioni, anche perché in fase di consegna del veicolo hanno voluto 200 € oltre l'importo richiesto così da poterli trattenere in caso in cui avessero reputato di aver subito danni. Servizio reclami ovviamente inesistente. Nella foto il "danno" subito. I hired a van on Saturday from 9 to 19 for the branch in Piazzale Vittorio Veneto 4, Perugia. I returned it at 6.45 pm, leaving the keys in the mailbox, as instructed, and the vehicle showed no damage other than those pre-existing at the time of rental, as shown in the photos I took on delivery. On Monday morning (after a day and two nights that the van was parked unattended outdoors in the station area) I am complained of scratches that are not present in the photos I took of the vehicle during delivery. I have not signed the return form in which they dispute the damage as these scratches were not caused by me, and could have been caused in the period between 7pm on Saturday and Monday 28/03/2022, or being tiny scratches they could be remained hidden under the dirt that covered the van and which was removed for verification. Obviously they heard no reasons, also because during the delivery of the vehicle they wanted € 200 over the requested amount so as to be able to withhold them in case they felt they had suffered damage. Obviously non-existent complaints service. In the photo the "damage" suffered.

S	Sara Noseda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ - if you are looking for a car to hire in Perugia simply steer clear from this Hertz. We looked to rent a care for only one day and we got asked 90 euros, which is the double of a standard price in town apparently. We had to go for it because we had not alternative as our trip was a bit last-minute. The staff is led by a bossy and arrogant lady, I basically got yelled at when I asked where to park the car when we were trying to return it. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and not entirely transparent. We asked for a FIAT car with a gas engine. We were assured there would be one for us. They gave us a diesel Citroen with no coherent explanation. Utimately, NOT THE PLACE TO GET A CAR IN PERUGIA. You can get a better treatment and a better deal by only walking across the road to AVIS or Europcar.
