Per errore mio , sono sceso dal treno in una stazione ferroviaria più lontana di quella indicatami da Hertz. Ho subito telefonato per avvisare cosa mi fosse successo e che sarei arrivato in ritardo.Prontamente si sono offerti subito in maniera del tutto gratuita, di venire a prendere me e lamia famiglia alla stazione che era distante circa 10 km dal loro ufficio!!!Ringrazio di cuore ancora una volta i dipendenti Hertz per il servizio offerto che ci ha permesso di evitare di prendere altri treni o taxi! Grazie ancora torneremo!!!! I booked a car with Hertz for my short vacation in umbria. By my mistake, I got off the train at a train station farther than the one Hertz told me. I immediately phoned to inform me what had happened to me and that I would be late. They promptly offered to come and pick me up and my family at the station which was about 10 km from their office, completely free of charge !!! Once again the Hertz employees for the service offered which allowed us to avoid taking other trains or taxis! Thanks again we will be back !!!!
s	simona pasqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiesto preventivi a tutte le compagnie di noleggio presenti nell' aeroporto di Perugia, mi sono rivolta alla Hertz per la cortesia e la disponibilità dimostrata, nonostante non avessi prenotato la vettura. E' l' unica compagnia che mi ha fornito la vettura pulita, a differenza delle altre che mi noleggiavano solo auto sporche visto che non avevo effettuato alcuna prenotazione. Ottimo anche il prezzo. After asking for quotes from all the rental companies present in the Perugia airport, I turned to Hertz for their courtesy and availability, despite not having booked the car. It is the only company that provided me with the clean car, unlike the others who only rented me dirty cars since I hadn't made any reservations. The price is also excellent.
N	Neil Aberdeen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use Hertz in Perugia Airport, they are incompetent. We booked with them, they had the flight number, but they were shut! The only car rental company that was shut! EuropCar, Budget, Keddy, Avis, Sicily Cars, etc all open: Hertz shut! Like the old advert says their competitors try harder. (or at least bother to open) We queued and got a car from EuropCar. You should do something similar - just don't use Hertz.
