★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di controllare che il pieno dei mezzi sia reale e non presunto altrimenti quando andate a rabboccare al distributore prima della riconsegna rischiate di pagare anche per gli altri! Stamattina per 21km ho fatto 20euro di gasolio!!
Council to check that the full of the means is real and not presumed otherwise when you go to top up at the distributor before returning you risk to pay also for the others! This morning for 21km I made 20euro diesel !!

Mais en arrivant pour récupérer le véhicule, l'agence n'a pas accepté de nous le remettre car notre carte de paiement est une carte à débit immédiat et non une carte à débit différé. Les agents n'ont pas accepté ni de nous rembourser, ni de reporter la réservation au lendemain pour que nous puissions régler ce problème. Aucun arrangement possible. Aucune volonté de satisfaire ses clients. Aucun respect pour ses clients, restant bien caché derrière des conditions générales de vente non conformes au droit des consommateurs.
Je déconseille fortement !
I booked and prepaid a van on Hertz that I was due to pick up today. But when we arrived to collect the vehicle, the agency did not agree to hand it over to us because our payment card is an immediate debit card and not a deferred debit card. The agents did not agree to either refund us or postpone the reservation until the next day so that we could fix this problem. No arrangement possible. No desire to satisfy its customers. No respect for its customers, remaining well hidden behind general conditions of sale that do not comply with consumer law.
I strongly advise against!
