Francamente, a parte qualche rara occasione di viaggi di lavoro con l'aereo, dove mi è servita l'auto a noleggio per due o tre giorni, non avevo mai usato questo servizio.
Al punto di non sapere che a Cinisello ci fosse la Hertz.
Invece stavolta la mia auto è stata gravemente danneggiata da una bomba d'acqua, che ha raggiunto il motore e lo ha spaccato, mentre ero in vacanza; trasportare l'auto e ripararla è stata una cosa lunga un mese; quindi stavolta ho dovuto fare ricorso al noleggio per un bel po' di tempo.
Devo dire che sono stato trattato molto bene, con serietà e competenza.
Ma, cosa sempre più rara, anche con onestà.
Se ne avrò bisogno, ci tornerò sicuramente.
Hertz ... Avis ... Major ... As long as you don't need them, they all look the same.
Frankly, apart from a few rare business trips by plane, where I needed a rental car for two or three days, I had never used this service before.
To the point of not knowing that Hertz was in Cinisello.
But this time my car was badly damaged by a water bomb, which hit the engine and broke it while I was on vacation; transporting the car and repairing it was a month long thing; so this time I had to resort to renting for quite some time.
I must say that I was treated very well, with seriousness and competence.
But, which is increasingly rare, even with honesty.
If I need it, I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza il noleggio di una piccola auto FIAT 500 mi è costata per 6 giorni quasi 310,00 euro dopo che mi era stato detto che per 3 gg avrei pagato 122,00 euro e che i giorni successivi mi sarebbero costati decisamente meno, la frase è stata: "più il noleggio e lungo meno si paga".
A questo punto non oso immaginare cosa mi sarebbe costato se avessi noleggiato per un mese!!!
Piccolo dettaglio ad oggi, trascorsi più di 15 gg dal pagamento, non ho ancora ricevuto la relativa fattura.
Bad experience renting a small FIAT 500 car cost me almost 310.00 euros for 6 days after I was told that for 3 days I would pay 122.00 euros and that the following days would cost me much less, the sentence was: "the longer the rental, the longer you pay".
At this point I dare not imagine what it would have cost me if I had rented for a month !!!
Small detail to date, after more than 15 days from payment, I have not yet received the relative invoice.
