A	Adriano Mazzariello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima.accettano la prenotazione on line prendendo anche i soldi dalla carta poi arrivo in sede per ritirare l’auto e dicono che la carta di credito non è con i numeri a rilievo e non va bene, eppure è la stessa da cui hanno già preso sia la prenotazione che i soldi. Non penso sia normale. Bad. They accept the online booking also taking the money from the card and then arriving at the place to pick up the car and they say that the credit card is not with the numbers in relief and is not good, yet it is the same one from which they have already taken both the booking and the money. I do not think it's normal.
D	De Cicco Vincenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato una vettura media e arrivato in sede mi consegnano una economica dicendomi che era ultima rimasta per giunta si sono presi i 200 euro di cauzione. E dopo quasi un mese ancora non me li rimborsato. Auto consegnata sporca all'interno senza essere sanificata. Ho riportato l'auto indietro come mi era stata consegnata con il pieno e senza danni. E anche 4 ore prima dell'orario di consegna. Ma del rimborso della cauzione e ancora niente I rented a medium car and arrived at the headquarters they gave me an economic one telling me that it was the last one left and they took the 200 euro deposit. And after almost a month I still haven't refunded them. Car delivered dirty inside without being sanitized. I brought the car back as it was delivered to me in full and undamaged. And also 4 hours before the delivery time. But the repayment of the deposit is still nothing
P	Pierluigi Maccauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non entro nel merito ,ma da chi gestiva precedentemente la Hertz a Benevento ( Sigra Annalisa Ricciardi - Euro stella srl) avevo sempre riscontrato gentilezza e grande disponibilità. Non posso dire altrettanto di questa nuova gestione. 1) quando sono andato a ritirare l’auto l’agenzia era ancora chiusa pur essendo trascorso l’orario di apertura 2) non sono stato accompagnato da nessuno a ritirare l’auto 3) nessuno ha condiviso con il sottoscritto i danni già presenti sull’auto (fotografati) 4) nessuno mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno di spiegazioni per l’uso dell’auto 5) l’auto era completamente ghiacciata (parabrezza, fari) e son dovuto tornare in agenzia per chiedere la cortesia di rendere l’auto usufruibile . 6) era stata fatta espressamente richiesta ,da chi ha prenotato l’auto , di poter disporre (per problemi fisici) di un’auto con cambio automatico ma la richiesta non è stata soddisfatta. Mi fermo qui. I will not go into the matter, but from those who previously managed Hertz in Benevento (Ms Annalisa Ricciardi - Euro stella srl) I had always found kindness and great availability. I can't say the same about this new management. 1) when I went to collect the car, the agency was still closed despite the opening hours having elapsed 2) I was not accompanied by anyone to collect the car 3) no one shared with me the damage already present on the 'car (photographed) 4) no one asked me if I needed explanations for the use of the car 5) the car was completely frozen (windshield, headlights) and I had to go back to the agency to ask for the courtesy to return the usable car. 6) an express request was made by those who booked the car to be able to have (due to physical problems) a car with an automatic transmission but the request was not satisfied. I stop here.
L	Luciano Giorgione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca chiarezza, se hai un problema non si sa con chi parlare, si sono trattenuti più soldi di quelli che dovevano e non riesco a parlare con nessuno! Un noleggio di 24 ore mi è costato 604€ + il pieno alla macchina! Sconsigliatissimo, evitate.
