★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avete perso un pacco di 6kg il 7 maggio 2018, non mi avete detto nulla, ho mandato email per capire cosa stesse succedendo intorno al 20 di maggio e non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta, ho chiamato (dopo averla attesa) la scorsa settimana al vostro call center che sta in Romania e mi hanno spiegato che il pacco è andandato perso. Ho chiesto soiegazispisu come questo fosse posibipos nel 2018. Mi è stato detto che mi avreste richiamato. Ho aspettato una settimana e oggi ho richiamato il call center, mi hanno detto che proveranno a farmi richiamare entro oggi, ma non sono certi che possa avvenire. Ho chiesto di parlare con un operatore itlaiani e mi hanno detto che non è possibile. Ho chiesto di parlare con un superiore e mi e stato detto che non è possibile.
Siete vergognosi.
Non finisce qui, ve lo posso assicurare.
Aspetto vostre notizie al più presto...ma richiamerò ogni giorno a partire da domani.
 You lost me a 6kg package on May 7th 2018, you didn't tell me anything, I emailed to find out what was happening around May 20th and I still haven't received an answer, I called (after waiting for it) last week at your call center which is in Romania and they explained to me that the package was lost. I asked soiegazispisu how this was posibipos in 2018. I was told you would call me back. I waited a week and today I called the call center back, they told me they will try to get me back by today, but they are not sure if it can happen. I asked to speak to an Italian operator and they told me it's not possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it is not possible.
You are ashamed.
