Cortesi (mai sentita così a mio agio durante una visita, e un po le ho fatte) e chiare, senza uso di terminologia tecnica che confonde. Visita molto accurata ed attenta. Prendo appuntamento alle 9.30 aspetto un ora la dottoressa che fa tardi con la paziente precedente! E....cosa succede?? Fanno entrare la signora che aveva appuntamento alle 10.00 perché quest ultima ha fatto un casino e voleva andar via. Della serie non si rispettano gli orari ma chi urla di più.!!! Diciamo che a questi modi non sono abituata!!! Sono rimasta solo perché ho preso un aliscafo e avrei rischiato di dover ripartire e perdere la possibile di fare la morfologica perché troppo in avanti con i giorni. A MAI PIU!!!!! Cara Sign.ra deve sapere che chi la chiama per chiarimenti o prenotazione e per esigenze di salute, a Lei non le costerebbe per niente essere più educata al telefono.Spero che questa recensione venga letta anche dai suoi superiori. Appuntamento 10,50; prima di uscire da casa chiedo conferma dell'orario e di eventuali ritardi visto che poi avevo altri impegni: mi assicurano della loro puntualità. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa faccio notare garbatamente la cosa al che sgarbatamente mi rispondono che l'orario dell' 'appuntamento non c'entra niente che dopo tizia tocca a me. In questi casi in genere si chiede scusa, la tentazione era quella di farmi restituire quanto pagato e andarmene. Ho aspettato altri venti minuti primi di effettuare l'esame. Oggi mi era stato segnato come orario 10.30, ma arrivato sul posto mi viene detto che mi sarei dovuto presentare lì alle 9:00. Nonostante io esibisca la prova schiacciante dell'orario scritto dalla segretaria, mi si invitava a lasciar perdere il discorso perché io dicevo una cosa e loro un'altra. Io capisco le varie problematiche ma bastava avvisare dello spostamento di orario senza far perdere tempo e anche dire "Sì, abbiamo sbagliato, ci scusi". Assolutamente sconsigliato. Ovviamente dovrò ripetere l'esame. Bad service, doctor performed an abdomen ultrasound in about 2 minutes. 90 euros given away despite having a recipe, not taken into consideration. Absolutely not recommended. C'è a disposizione anche un distributore automatico per ogni tipo di esigenza. Consiglio anche per la velocità delle consegne dei referti medici. Well-stocked clinic. Il referto mi è stato dato dopo qualche giorno ma visto il periodo è comprensibile. Le operatrici erano molto gentili e professionali. Mi sono trovato bene. I performed a knee MRI on Christmas Eve paying only 45 euros with a very comfortable machine that worked only on the affected leg.
