★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, sono assolutamente sbalordita dal servizio di questa azienda.
Devo fare un subentro gas; inizialmente avevo contattato il fornitore del precedente intestatario dell'utenza. Ho atteso un mese e mezzo per non avere alcuna risposta, nonostante i numerosi solleciti.
Al chè ho deciso di provare con un altro fornitore, Hera appunto. Sono andata presso il loro ufficio di Gorizia venerdì tardo pomeriggio. Ho trovato una ragazza estremamente cordiale, preparata e dinamica. Stamattina (ovvero lunedì, primo giorno lavorativo) mi hanno contattata per avvisarmi che la pratica era in lavorazione. E pochi minuti fa mi hanno telefonato per l'appuntamento con il tecnico che verrà a togliere i sigilli dal contatore.
Mi hanno lasciata senza parole!

What can I say, I am absolutely amazed by the service of this company.
I have to take over gas; initially I had contacted the supplier of the previous user. I waited a month and a half for no response, despite numerous reminders.
To which I have decided to try with another supplier, Hera. I went to their office in Gorizia late Friday afternoon. I found an extremely friendly, prepared and dynamic girl. This morning (i.e. Monday, the first working day) they contacted me to warn me that the case was in progress. And a few minutes ago they phoned me for the appointment with the technician who will come to remove the seals from the counter.
They left me speechless!
