★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in 2 mesi ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte l'assistenza e a ogni chiamata la risposta non è in garanzia o vedi di trovare il pezzo e un tecnico e pensaci tu.
completamente insoddisfatto la prossima volta comprerò un altra marca mai più loro, trattano i clienti troppo male.
in 2 months I had to call for assistance 4 times and for each call the answer is not under warranty or find the part and a technician and take care of it.
completely dissatisfied next time i will buy another brand never again them, they treat customers too badly.

A seguito di una mia segnalazione legata ad un malfunzionamento della scheda madre per termocamino Helios Ht 33Kw ho riscontrato un'attenzione immediata da parte del proprietario Rocco De Luca a cui vanno tutte le mie congratulazioni per la gestione e soluzione immediata del problema. Ha provveduto il giorno dopo, nemmeno 24 ore, alla sostituzione della stessa con una nuova perfettamente funzionante ed installata dal tecnico specializzato Filippo, davvero competente professionale e disponibile. La vecchia centralina potrà essere riparata dallo scrivente e poi eventualmente rimontato dai tecnici specializzati Helios. Non mi resta che complimentarmi con tutta l'azienda ed in particolare con il proprietario, davvero un gentiluomo. Anche al Sud ci sono aziende di eccellenza. Questa sicuramente lo é. Bravissimi tutti

Following my report related to a malfunction of the motherboard for Helios Ht 33Kw fireplace stove, I found immediate attention from the owner Rocco De Luca to whom all my congratulations go for the management and immediate solution of the problem. The next day, not even 24 hours, he replaced it with a new one, perfectly functional and installed by the specialized technician Filippo, really competent, professional and available. The old control unit can be repaired by the writer and then possibly reassembled by Helios specialized technicians. I just have to congratulate the whole company and in particular the owner, a truly gentleman. Even in the South there are companies of excellence. This surely is. All very good
