La ragazza "Rebecca" è stata molto brava, mi ha messo a mio agio, mi ha spiegato passo passo cosa mi stava facendo ed è stata disponibilissima nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande in modo professionale e preparato. Il centro è pulitissimo, hanno ottimi prodotti e soprattutto sono puntualissimi. Complimenti!
 I had a great experience in this center where they did my eyelash lamination. The girl "Rebecca" was very good, she put me at ease, she explained to me step by step what she was doing to me and she was very helpful in answering all my questions in a professional and prepared way. The center is very clean, they have excellent products and above all they are very punctual. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first when I went to Helen's, there was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier between the technician and myself so I did not receive the lash results I wanted. However Helen contacted me personally to fix the situation and offered me a one-on-one with her along with her English speaking receptionist Isabella to translate during the consultation. Everything was comfortable with Helen and I was so relaxed and fell asleep while she was doing my lashes. The end result was that I was so amazed and impressed with her precision and skills because I received even BETTER results than I had originally hoped for. They call Helen a lash master for a reason and today I really saw how amazing she is. These are one of the best lashes I've had and I've had lashes done all over the world (i.e. Canada, Japan, Korea, Thailand). I also thank Helen, Isabella, and Fabrizio for going above and beyond in making me feel satisfied. They are genuine and kind people that are the best in this field of business. I will be going back to Helen next time I am in Rome for sure!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my eyelashes with a beautiful young lady called Chiara, and oh my days, she did an awesome job! I loved them, beautiful, fluttery, not too much, but not too little either. She knows what she’s doing, I really love the end result, I went for a kardashian style 2D, that means the hairs are different lengths and the eyelashes are not extremely natural that they fall off within the first week, but not too full like 3D. Staff are lovely, they take care of you, beautiful smiles all around. I’m very very happy with chiara’a work. Definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic. My lashes are perfect - natural and fluffy and not fake looking. I don’t speak Italian very well but Isabella is on hand to translate. They took a lot of time to ask me exactly what I wanted and half way through the service they showed me the progress to make sure I was happy. They will advise on the best type of lash material and curl for your eyes. They are absolutely worth the drive and their therapists have won a lot of awards and it showed!
