Al telefono hnno detto che avevano due offerte in linea con il mio profilo ma casualmente durante il colloquio questi lavori non c'erano più... Chiaramente erano solo interessati ad avere il nome del mio datore di lavoro e tutti i dettagli di colloqui già fatti così da poterli chiamare per offrire il loro servizio. Bad. It is one of those agencies that makes you take hours of leave just to register. On the phone they said they had two offers in line with my profile but by chance during the interview these jobs were gone ... Clearly they were only interested in having my employer's name and all the details of talks already done so they could call them to offer their service.

Mi hanno fatto fare una serie di colloqui per cui, al termine della selezione, la consulente Virginia Caio mi ha comunicato (anche per mail) che sarei stata assunta presso la nuova impresa ma che dovevo pazientare perché c’era da aspettare. Ciò dovuto allo Smart working in azienda a causa del quale non potevano formarmi in loco. Passano i mesi e non ho notizie, ad un certo punto mi dicono che sarei stata chiamata dopo l’estate. Già li avevo capito che qualcosa non tornava.Qualche settimana fa richiamo e mi dicono che la mia posizione non c’era più. Ho perso occasioni lavorative e colloqui per la loro negligenza.. Rettifico, quindi, la mia precedente recensione non contestando la gentilezza della consulente che comunque è stata ben lontana da una benché minima forma di professionalità. Adesso che ho una mansione in risorse umane non li contatterò mai per essere seguita nella fase della selezione. Raccontano storie le quali vengono tutte a galla..mi dispiace solo per quelle persone che alla ricerca di lavoro si affidano a queste persone! Hi, I want to share my experience with you. I missed job opportunities and interviews due to their negligence .. I therefore rectify my previous review by not disputing the kindness of the consultant who, however, was far from a minimum form of professionalism. Now that I have a job in human resources I will never contact them to be followed in the selection phase. They tell stories which all come to light .. I'm only sorry for those people who rely on these people looking for work!

La prima risalente a un anno e mezzo fa circa quando vengo contattato da un certo Fabrizio Bruziches che mi chiede un cv tramite Linkedin per potermi ricontattare; passano mesi e non si è fatto più sentire. La seconda risalente al periodo novembre/dicembre dello scorso anno quando vengo contattato da una certa Jessica Vestri: facciamo un videocolloquio durante il quale mi espone due offerte in linea col mio profilo, mi invia una mail con la quale mi riassume le due possibilità e mi chiede di risponderle con tutte le mie competenze, dopo di che sparisce, senza né rispondermi né ricontattarmi per un esito. Infine, nel mese di marzo 2022, vengo contattato direttamente al telefono, senza preavviso e mentre ero al lavoro, da un certo Matteo LoGiudice. Declino l'offerta. Tre esperienze negative una peggio dell'altra. Si divertono a prendere in giro dall'alto della loro superiorità.
