Very nice apartment with garden and stunning views. The hosts are wonderfully warm and helpful. We immediately felt at home. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace per la prima volta nella vita mi trovo a fare una cattiva recensione ad un'appartamento proprio nella mia terra nativa. Il luogo meraviglioso come sempre, strategico nella visita a Bz, piccolo appartamento ma con favoloso giardino, vista spettacolare ma, inconcepibile non avvertire l'ospite che nei quattro giorni prenotati c'è una giornata con totale assenza di acqua ai rubinetti tenendo presente che non si trattava di un'emergenza ma una riparazione pianificata da tempo. Si l'avviso alla porta c'era ".. anche in italiano" ma in tarda notte può anche non essere visto meglio sarebbe avvisare prima telefonicamente o di persona onde evitare disguidi. Il WiFi dopo le 23 del primo giorno ha smesso di funzionare anche dopo una gentile segnalazione. Che dire sarà stata sfortuna ma dopo tanti anni di turismo in questa regione con una accoglienza da 10 e lode mi sembra doveroso segnalare anche l'eccezione.
I'm sorry for the first time in my life I'm having a bad review of an apartment right in my native land. The wonderful place as always, strategic in the visit to Bz, small apartment but with fabulous garden, spectacular view but, inconceivable not to warn the guest that in the four days booked there is a day with total absence of water to the taps keeping in mind that not it was an emergency but a repair planned for some time. Yes, there was the warning ".. also in Italian" but late at night it may not even be seen as it would be better to first notify by telephone or in person in order to avoid confusion. The WiFi after 23 the first day stopped working even after a gentle warning. What to say it would have been bad luck but after so many years of tourism in this region with a welcome of 10 and praise it seems only right to point out the exception.
