Tuttavia: 1-chiedo una Weiss in bottiglia e mi viene servita una doppio malto 2-la prima delle ordinazioni arriva dopo quasi un'ora 3-chiedo un panino con salsiccia alle 21:30 da menù e già era ultimata 4-ho ordinato un panino con provola in sostituzione e me ne viene servito uno con scamorza 5-chiedo una birra alla spina almeno 4 volte prima che mi venga servita 6-le fritture miste ai formaggi servite sui tovaglioli di carta Pare che il piatto forte sia la carbonara che non avevo ordinato e di cui non posso tessere le lodi e in ogni caso le porzioni sono abbondanti. In compenso prezzi decisamente onesti. Nice place in the decor. Ad ogni modo il menù è eccellente e il personale è simpatico e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Harnold's carbonara can't be beat. If you are nearby you absolutely must go and try it. Either way, the menu is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Negli anni ci son stato diverse volte ma solo una per mangiare panino: Harnold’s è tappa fissa per chi ama la carbonara. Ora non mi si venga a dire che la carbonara si fa col guanciale, o con la pancetta, che non si mette la panna, che si cucina con questo, quello e quell’altro. La carbonara di Harnold’s è uno strappo alla regola, uno strappo alla dieta (per fortuna nel tempo hanno ridotto la grammatura perché, inizialmente, era difficile finire il piatto) ed è buona. Con o senza formaggio grattugiato sopra. È buona, e non resta sullo stomaco. Il cameriere, storico anch’egli, è molto molto gentile e spesso m’hanno regalato il calice (vuoto) della birra che avevo consumato, facendone la collezione. Buonissimi anche i salamini sott’olio. È un posto molto frequentato e può capitare di dover attendere un po’ prima di potersi accomodare. Panini sia classici che gourmet. DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE LA CARBONARA!!!Personale cortese e prezzi giusti. Molto comodo che si possa parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Tornerò sicuramente! Ci era stato consigliato per la carbonara, effettivamente buona (ma non eccezionale), il resto non ci ha soddisfatto granché, soprattutto le fritturine che erano da supermercato. Buona la selezione di birre. Prezzo nella media della zona. Possibilità di parcheggio in strada. Small place, informal location, nice in decor. Fast and efficient staff, even in busy times. We had been recommended for the carbonara, actually good (but not exceptional), the rest did not satisfy us very much, especially the fritturine that were from the supermarket. Good selection of beers. Average price in the area. Possibility of street parking.
