Premetto che di certo non è di quelli più a buon mercato, però la professionalità e umanità dimostrata dal dott .Lazzeri penso valgano la spesa,Inoltre un plauso anche alla dott.ssa Campari che si è resa sempre disponibile e ha cercato di darci tutte le info necessarie. D'ora in poi mi rivolgerò ad altre strutture più professionali di loro!! Risposta: Hacker??!! Sabato 26 marzo alle ore 12.40 ho fatto un'ecografia al cuore durata forse 30 secondi perché il dottore aveva fretta di andar via. 12.40 ho fatto l'accettazione, tempo di fare le scale ed arrivare al primo piano, percorrere il corridoio fino all'ambulatorio numero 1, togliermi la giacca (perché essendo di fretta mi hanno fatto togliere solo quella) con il cuore in gola mi hanno fatto l'ecografia...ho aspettato la stampa dei fogli, mi sono rivestita sono tornata giù rifacendo scale e corridoio alle 12.50 ho pagato. D	Debora D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo! Per ben la terza volta e dico TERZA chiamano e mi cancellano l'appuntamento 1 ora prima della visita! Visita prenotata 1 mese e mezzo prima per di piu'. Fosse stata la prima volta capirei (infatti non avevo scritto nulla) nemmeno la seconda, ma la terza no, basta! Sempre con la stessa scusa "il dottore ha avuto un urgenza/deve andare via prima". Aggiungo che la scorsa volta purtroppo ero gia' partita e mi hanno chiamato per annullare la visita mentre ero gia' in viaggio...! Non si fa cosi, pessimi! 0 stelle, non una! Not recommended! Dovevo contattare un medico che aveva visitato un mio familiare nel pomeriggio e non avendolo potuto accompagnare causa regole covid, mi era stato detto di provare dopo alle 18.30 cioè alla fine dell'ultima visita in programma. Sono stata al telefono per 45 min in attesa che l'operatore rispondesse, ma nulla, con mio rammarico perché avevo bisogno. Se la struttura chiude alle 20 c'e un orario diverso per le chiamate?
