Il personale è gentile e cordiale. Assistenza estremamente organizzata: concordano gli appuntamenti con riguardo agli impegni del cliente, confermano via mail e ti inviano sms di promemoria. Veramente soddisfatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moto usata poco, la batteria scarica del tutto, mi rivolgo martedì scorso alla concessionaria per un aiuto ma la risposta è stata, portala qui che testiamo la batteria. Bella risposta, la faccio partire a spinta? (Elettra). Ma noi sabato chiudiamo e forse non ho la batteria da sostituire. Tutto questo al telefono tra la commessa e il meccanico!!! Potevano dirmi in faccia, non abbiamo tempo, arrangiati!!! Ripasserò tra vent'anni....forse!!!
Bike used little, the battery completely discharged, I turn to the dealership last Tuesday for help but the answer was, bring it here and we will test the battery. Nice answer, can I push it off? (Electra). But we close on Saturday and maybe I don't have the battery to replace. All this on the phone between the shop assistant and the mechanic !!! They could tell me to my face, we don't have time, arranged !!! I'll come back in twenty years .... maybe !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo angolo d'America appena fuori dal centro cittadino. All'Harley Pavia si respira la passione per le cose autentiche. Ogni cosa è curata nel minimo dettaglio, più che un concessionario sembra un negozio di giocattoli. Max Pezzali ha pensato in grande, attiguo al concessionario, oltre all'officina, c'è anche un piccolo locale in stile happy-days dove gustare dell'ottima birra. Il personale, sia del concessionario, sia del locale, è molto gentile e simpatico. Consigliato!
A small corner of America just outside the city center. At Harley Pavia you can breathe the passion for authentic things. Everything is taken care of in the smallest detail, more than a dealer looks like a toy store. Max Pezzali has thought big, next to the dealer, in addition to the workshop, there is also a small, happy-day style place where you can enjoy excellent beer. The staff, both of the dealer and of the local, is very kind and nice. Recommended!
