La prima volta ho chiesto di avere un preventivo per una porta scorrevole, e ho dovuto inseguire per settimane il loro collaboratore, che rimandava e non è mai venuto per un sopralluogo, pertanto ho desistito e mi sono rivolta altrove. La seconda volta, un semplice duplicato di chiavi per un armadietto, quindi una chiavetta piccola, mi è costato ben 3€! La stessa chiave era stata duplicata in un altro ferramenta a 1€.
Bad. Twice. The first time I asked for a quote for a sliding door, and I had to chase their collaborator for weeks, who was postponing and never came for an inspection, so I gave up and turned elsewhere. The second time, a simple duplicate of keys for a locker, then a small key, cost me a whopping € 3! The same key had been duplicated in another hardware store for € 1.
