★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono proprietario di 5 stampanti epson e se è questa l'assistenza non ne comprerò più: €42.7 per estrarre di fronte a me la spugna che assorbe l'inchiostro senza neanche dover smontare la stampante mi sembrano decisamente troppi. La spugna inoltre non mi è stata neanche sostituita, semplicemente ora ne sono privo.
I am the owner of 5 epson printers and if this is the assistance I will not buy any more: € 42.7 to extract the ink-absorbing sponge in front of me without even having to disassemble the printer they seem to me to be far too many. Furthermore, the sponge was not even replaced, I am simply now without it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una ottima assistenza x le mie epson workforce delle quali sono entusiasta benchè i primi modelli avessero dei problemi di gioventù che mi sono stati appunto risolti in garanzia; inoltre da un dialogo con un tecnico, Enrico, ho potuto ricevere dei buoni consigli: mi è sembrato preparato sui prodotti e penso che faró capo a loro per futuri acquisti.
I had excellent assistance x my epson workforces of which I am thrilled although the first models had problems of youth that were precisely solved under warranty; moreover, from a dialogue with a technician, Enrico, I was able to receive some good advice: he seemed to me to be prepared on the products and I think I will go to them for future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di una ventola da sostituire al video proiettore Epson in mio possesso, soltanto che il costo della ventola di circa 4 euro non secondo loro non era possibile poichè il minimo d'ordine era di 50 euro !!!
Ho chiesto che ero anche disposo a spendere 20 euro ed andavo di persona a ritirare ma mi hanno risposto NO !!! Credo in futuro mi guarderò bene dall'acquistare prodotti Epson.
I needed a fan to replace the Epson video projector in my possession, only that the cost of the fan of about 4 euros not according to them was not possible as the minimum order was 50 euros !!!
I asked that I was also willing to spend 20 euros and I went in person to collect but I was told NO !!! I believe in the future I will be careful not to buy Epson products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho ancora ritirato il prodotto portato in riparazione. Alla consegna ho trovato molta disponibilità, hanno cercato di risolvere il problema al momento in modo che potessi riavere subito la stampante. Purtroppo il problema non era risolvibile, ma grazie di averci provato!

Purtroppo ha un'area vastissima da servire per cui occorrono molti chilometri per portare le apparecchiature. Per fortuna sono così collaborativi da eseguire l'intervento su appuntamento per riconsegnare subito la macchina riparata. Per finire in bellezza, prezzi onesti e trasparenti. Consigliato!!
