★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delicious and healthy menu, beautiful and very good dishes. I wouldn't stop eating pistacchio pesto linguine with clams! Funny also the shirted egg! Perfect! Service and professionalism of chef Happy Jack are at the top :-) I recommend the experience!

He and Stephanie cooked for the entire crew of 21 people and we were all very satisfied with the taste and quality of the food.

I enjoyed the experience in my home as a private cooking class and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful meal. The meal was delicious and artfully presented. We recommend Giacomo highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Giacomo was fabulous! He drove all the way from Toscano to Ferrara in Emilia Romangia to provide us with wonderful food and service. His menu changes with the seasons because he only serves fresh food from his region. This along with his outstanding cooking ability made for a wonderful evening. He speaks very good english and is a professional. If there was a sixth star ... I would give it to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Giacomo cook for our family of 13 at a private Tuscan villa for an entire week. He and his assistant did a wonderful job! We had both breakfast and dinner cooked daily. His menu was both delicious and creative. We were able to sample an array of seafood, and land meals throughout the entire week. He and his staff were very accommodating to both taste and meal preferences, while making exquisite suggestions. He even helped coordinate logistics while we were in the US with setting up the property in advance. Our pièce de résistance was a BBQ-d grass-fed steak, that no one will forget! Bravo Giacomo!
